Afterward, the owner personally reached out, sincerely apologized, and assured me the situation had been addressed. What stood out most was that he followed through on everything he said he would do. Several months later, he contacted me as promised and personally came out to clean our solar panels. The service was excellent, and he was professional, humble, and genuinely committed to making things right. These guys were great when they first came out. Seemed helpful and knowledgeable. Reasonable. We are a veteran family so they offered us a veteran discount. All good stuff no complaints. Well as life would have it - I got distracted with life and did not book them right away. I came back to it after a few months and life settled down. They came out and said they could not honor the original price because "we took too long" then I said ok I'll pay the new price and when I tried to book them to come out and get it done, they ghosted me. Stopped responding or answering my calls. Very strange behavior for a business. Then basically said they didn't want the business after all because they are too busy and it is over 100 degrees. I have been dealing with Jordan and Alex for about a year and a 1/2 now, And they are absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough about them. They're always very prompt. They show up almost the same day I call ,they also do air duct cleaning, among everything else .They have done a superb job at pigeon proofing my house,as well cleaning The solar panels and cleaning and disinfecting the air conditioner. I worked with The Green Team, specifically Alex and Devonte to hang Christmas lights. From the initial reach out and discussion, Alex was professional, friendly and helpful! I needed some help to determine the best "game plan" for our lights and Alex let me know exactly what I needed. On the installation day, Alex and Devonte showed up right when they said they would. They hung my lights in a way that minimized hanging extension cords (like how I did it in the past) and left it looking beautiful and polished. They were tidy and kept everything organized for me. Need roof/solar cleaning and bird proofing? 10/10 recommend The Clean Green Team!! Best experience! I talked about needing this done and the next day we got a flyer on our door. It was meant to be! You couldnt tell how bad it was was from the ground, but it was BAD. These pigeons were taking over our roof and growing their families under the panels. I reached out on their website and right away they sent me a text and the next day they showed up to take a look and provide a quote. The price was very right and they were able to complete the job same day! We got the roof and solar panels cleaned, bird nestS removed, panels were bird proofed, and wires/spikes were put up to deter them. I worked with Alex and he was super nice and very helpful. Great communication and quick to respond. I didn't catch the name of the guy with him, but they did a great job! I'll be calling them when I finally give in and buy the "permanent" Christmas lights and need them installed and if I have any issues cleaning my dryer vent. CALL THEM! read more

I was impressed by Alex. He did a great job cleaning our solar panels and explaining his process. He also cleaned our dryer vent out, there was a bird's nest. Jordan and Alex are true professionals. I found them through Thumbtack and couldn't be happier with the work they did. They cleaned all of our windows, inside & out including screens and tracks for a very reasonable price and got it done in 2.5 hours. Not only did Jordan call the night before to confirm but also called when they were on their way AND they showed up on time. Nowadays good customer service is hard to find but not with this team.
