Super yummy Jasmine milk tea. Has a lovely floral taste. The service was good super friendly and patient. And the setting was welcoming.

Best boba (bubble tea) on the island! The boba is always fresh and this is one of my go-to spots in Hilo. I seriously make it a point to come here for my boba fix when I'm in town. Jenny is always so sweet and there's so much love in the food and drinks here. 100% recommend.

I ordered the Big island Milk tea and my daughter ordered the Mocha milk we also ordered the chocolate waffle. Everything was amazing very delicious especially the waffle. I love my drink it has a tea after taste and my daughter loves her mocha milk. Next time i will try different flavor milk tea. The lady was sweet and customer service was 10 out of 10. You have to check out this boba shop here in manono marketplace. Highly reccomend!

My kids love the boba. They insist this is the best boba, it's soft and not hard. lol we always get a honey dew slush with boba and brown sugar waffle

Me and my sisters first sips!

The teas and service were outstanding Mrs. Jennie was so sweet and talkative constantly complimenting my dress and hair. The store was super quiet, clean and easy on the eyes!

While on island for work, I happened to be driving in Hilo. After grabbing a very satisfying lunch, I wanted to finish it off with a craving satisfying milk tea. I yelped and found this highly reviewed spot. It was easy to find with plenty of parking. Even if the lot gets full, you can park across the street (sshh). Their location is cute and well-decorated. It's an inviting and bright spot to grab some milk tea. I LOVE milk tea, especially when you can customize it with custard and foam and more. Albeit, I did have a hard time ordering here because I didn't want to disappoint myself by ordering the wrong thing. Their milk tea tasted excellent, their boba was cooked perfectly, but I wish they had a little bit more exciting menu options to choose from. It still not the spot. I should have ordered less/no ice but my bad. I ordered their brown sugar milk tea. I'd recommend to try it out.

kumquat lemon tea, banana smoothie & honeydew milktea

Drinks were delicious & boba was fresh & sweet just how i prefer it. The honeydew tasted like you were biting into a piece of fruit, the banana smoothie was smooth and creamy and the kumquat lemonade was a bit tangy but was still really good. Service was nice & quick! Would recommend

The lady working the shop was very nice & friendly! There are seats inside if you want to stay and drink inside. I got the winter melon milk tea with boba. The milk tea was very good & perfect sweetness for me. The boba was alright, it was a little too soft for me, but didn't ruin the drink. Great experience overall!

We stopped here because the little one saw a video on YouTube that talked about "bubble tea" so she hounded us (me) until we relented. I had no idea what she was talking about but apparently it is flavored milk with flavored tapioca-type balls in the milk that you chew and swallow. She got chocolate. I must say, I don't really get it but she was happy so that's all that matters. They also offer a variety of other flavored milk drinks and teas. The owners were friendly and helpful.

Soooooo delicious!!! We got the melon, slushy, waffle, and Lilikoi tea with Lilikoi popping Boba and lychee jelly

Authentic Taiwanese, Boba! The waffle was so so delicious and our drinks as well. Definitely make a point to stop here!

Taiwan style tea located in the Manono Street marketplace! Good place to stop while waiting to get into the popular Hawaiian Style Cafe! We got the Large Big Island Tea ($5.60) which had a mixture of 3 different fruit teas and had fresh passion fruit seeds. SO refreshing and fruity, however on the sweeter side. I would recommend, they had other drinks such as papaya smoothies, pineapple drinks, and egg waffles!

The BEST boba I've ever had, and I've tried boba drinks everywhere I go. The Big Island Fruit tea is so good! Highly recommended.

Service is good, but tea is too sweet and straight mix from syrup. I would not say this is authentic Taiwanese.

Finding a good boba spot hasn't been easy, but this place has become my go-to whenever I'm craving one. What keeps me coming back isn't just the drinks--it's the people. The staff are always kind, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They're young, but they carry themselves with such maturity and genuine care that it makes every visit a pleasant experience. I've noticed that in some places, young employees can be loud, distracted, or come across as unapproachable. But not here. Every time I visit, I see these young women quietly doing their jobs, patiently waiting to help customers, treating everyone with respect, and creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere. It's refreshing to see such a strong work ethic and professionalism. Sometimes, it's the simple moments that mean the most: sitting quietly with a good drink, taking a break from the world, and enjoying a little peace. I'm truly grateful to have found a place like this here on the Big Island. To the entire team--thank you for the wonderful service and for proving that kindness and professionalism have no age. Keep up the amazing work! Thank you!

The servers were running around all night, and it seemed that they were a little bit understaffed. However, they still did their best to attend to us, and food came out promptly. As most other pho shops, they provide plenty of bean sprouts, mint, lemons, and sauces (oyster sauce/Sriracha) to enjoy. Pho Rare Beef (6.5/10) - the broth was good, flavorful, rich and salty as expected from Vietnamese pho. As this spot is kind of a Viet/Chinese fusion, don't go in expecting the best pho of your life. However, the broth is definitely delicious and will fix your pho cravings - only comment is regarding the beef itself. Some of the pieces were definitely a little thicker, tougher, and at points difficult to chew. The beef was not then these sliced into the brisket that I'm used to finding, but that's OK Overall, pretty good pho spot on the Big Island with quite tasty broth. Only wish that the beef was either thinner and easier to chew, or more tender.
