Was told no problem, and price would be the same, or we can purchase the bulbs there and then would be no cost for replacement. Booked appt for grandsons car next day. He gets there and was told no appt was booked, had him ask if they could manage to get him in and lady said she could. Had him put me on speaker so we can confirm that no issue doing it for that specific car. Again, was told no issue. Grandson gives keys and leaves only to get a call saying oh sorry, i guess we can't do the headlights on that car. Are you kidding me! After asking twice about this! Never again at this store.

Good thing I opted to schedule a 7am appointment instead of leaving the car! I arrived the next morning at 715, just as my wife called to inform me that WalMart had called her to cancel the appointment, as they did not have any technicians in the shop today. They said I could leave the car, as a technician may be coming in at 11am. I did not leave my car. I called at 11, was told the technician did not come in, but someone could come in later that day. I made an appoint for 2pm at Town Fair Tire instead. Hey Walmart - if you don't have any techs, don't jerk your customers around by making appointments you aren't going to keep. Maybe pay your techs a reasonable wage and you might get some that want to work for you. Just my $0.02.

After driving 30 miles for my appointment it took them over an hour to say they couldn't mount them due to the factory tire size on the door jamb was different. First the manager overrode the mechanics and said we were good. But 45 minutes later when I check up the manager sided with the mechanics because some vague reference book they had said the size I had showed on aluminum wheels. I guess Sears missed that 8 years and 60,000 miles ago with the same size tires as purchased, even though they saw them on the vehicle. The folks that helped me were very nice and accommodating considering this store has them running around like the proverbial chicken. Fortunately one counter person suggested going to The Tire Guys down the street. They were great. Had my tires on and drove away 45 minutes later. While I waited at Walmart I observed a family of senior citizens wait almost an hour for them to check out a screw in one of their tires. After 15 minutes of them seeing their car on the rack they were told no screw. They had written down the wrong tire location at the counter, and it took about 45 more minutes to just remove it. I will not ever even think about anything besides buying tires there.

While visiting Portsmouth, Sullivan Tire told me I needed 4 new tires and I had 5/32 the tread left. I knew they were full of s$&@ because I had no indication of tire wear from my regular service providers. However the quote changed when i went to pick it up. It came out to around 2.6k . The part itself is between 100-150 dollars online, so apparently i am paying for the entire service centers groceries all week!. The best part is they didnt even replace the entire catalytic converter, only half of it, then telling me the other half I should keep an eye on as its starting to rot. I was beyond livid. A few years before this, They did work on one of my tires and lost my hubcap, didnt replace it or give me any money for it. I went to Sullivans in Plymouth for decades, they were always good with service, this Sullivans is horrific and will nickle and dime you, lie to you and take you for everything you've got ; just check the other reviews. I am a local and make damn sure to tell people never to go here. They are a stain on the neighborhood.
