I wanted to get an alignment with my new tires and when I drove in I saw $89.95 all wheel alignment on most cars, PURFECT! Staff was friendly and atmosphere was amazing as well as speed of service, comfortable waiting area. Upon leaving and cashing out they let me know that they also did oil changes and I asked for a price. I only use synthetic oil and there price blew me away, I have been over paying for awhile and will now be going to Nashua Wholesale Tire for my cars needs, and it's super close to my home. So I picked up some matching tires and randomly picked this shop to balance & install. Hani fit me in the same day charges me short money to completely install, I appreciated that & they took the old tires to boot! Then Hani, who is a complete gentleman btw, took the time to look up my car fax and realized I had not changed the sparks plugs...EVER! I went on to explain that I bought the car almost brand-new in 2019, and I was the second owner of the vehicle. I explained further that my engine was vibrating and I feared it was my Exhaust-Manifold, which was welded by an arch-welder approx. 4 years ago ($700) I was dreading that expense again. Hani urged me to change the spark plugs which were 71,000 miles overdue for replacement, and stated it might stop the vibrating, and it DID! Hani went on to say, I could of ruined my engine-& thats all I had to hear. Hani scheduled me in right away the next morning to install the new spark plugs-which was completed in less than 1 hour. When I drove out of the shop my car felt like it was brand-new again and for that I'm so grateful (God is Good!) I couldn't be happier with the work, the care, and the time spent on my behalf by both Hani and his HILARIOUS Mechanic who also knew this car inside & out. My car is my livelihood and I cannot live w/out it, so I'm here to make sure I send my Blessings & Thanks to this shop whom has earned my trust, ...for now! Roadside assistance was going to charge me too much to tow to my regular mechanic, so I had my Volvo towed here. They charged me almost $800 (which was more than they had told me over the phone, by the way), and when I picked the car up, it was doing the EXACT SAME THING it was doing when I had it towed to them (flashing check engine light and all). I went inside to tell the man that, and he told me that he had put something in the engine to treat it and I just needed to drive it for a while to fix the problem. If it did not, they would be happy to look at it again and charge me even more money. To recap: 1) I paid them almost $800 to diagnose and fix a flashing check engine light; 2) I picked the car up and the problem was not fixed; 3) they told me to drive the car, with a flashing check engine light (I'm no expert, but I can Google and know that it is a bad idea to drive a car with a flashing check engine light); 4) I had to pay a competent (and honest) mechanic to tell me my car had a stuck open valve; and 5) I paid these people a lot of money for nothing, only to need to pay a whole lot more money to fix the real problem. Next time I will know to pay roadside assistance the extra money to keep towing my car past this place.

I gave them the tire info over the phone, they ordered it and it was in the next morning. My son went in to have the tire replaced and they discovered his rim was cracked. They called all over to find a used rim with no luck. A new rim was over $500 so they suggested sending it out to be fixed. Before letting my son drive home on a donut, they inspected that all was safe. They sent the rim out and it was ready the next day. By the time all was said and done, the tire and welded rim was roughly $280. That's a fantastic price. A tire place in Woburn charged me over $50 to patch my tire. I liked that they went above and beyond to find an affordable solution and my son's safety was top priority. Turn around and response time was fast. I will be back in the spring to replace my tires!!!

on december 3rd i had a unpleasant aggressive encounter that could have turned bad for either…read moreparty. i came into the establishment i entered the garage door after the employee who the manager identified as jose gave me a head nod after i gave him a thumbs up to drive in he then signals me with his hand to keep driving forward. he then signals me to stop and come to my window. i ask him about a specific service then he told me to give him one second. then the manager who identified himself as yonis (if thats really his name) then stormed in screaming and yelling at me falsely accused me of forcing my way in after "jose" told me to stop he accused me of messing up the garage unknowing that i have a dash camera recording everything. it wasn't until he saw the footage of from my dash cam that he realized the employee jose lied he changed his tone real quick and he gave a fake apology. also after he saw the dash cam footage of jose never telling me to stop, he claimed jose doesn't speak english which i find to be a problem. im calling corporate. i dont understand why you would lie and say i forced my way in after you repeatedly said stop and the dash cam shows the exact opposite you never telling me to stop. the way the manager yonis came at me aggressively because of a bold face lie that the employee jose told, that the dash cam debunked could have turned into a really bad situation if i chose to take it to that level due to yonis approching me aggressively and that needs to be adressed asap. also when i called back to get their name the manager ignored my call and answered after i called from another number.i will make sure this gets handled i have no problem making certain phone calls to make sure everyone in the garage is legal...

I believe they find one legitimate issue with the car and add on others. Came here for a state inspection and left with a bill for a recommended repair of 3200 or 2500 at minimum for the car to pass. Failed the car for a rear brake light (perfectly functional), front lower ball joint movement (no movement found by two other shops), and rear brakes that did need replacement. Additionally they recommended replacing the struts, engine belt, and transmission service (had that done 3 months prior). Quoted me 2x the cost of parts and labor and wouldn't give me a bill for parts and labor. Took the car out of state for rear brakes, rotors, and calipers. Got my state inspection at another shop and again they did not find any issue with the brake light or ball joints.
