St. Louis Ribs: My fiancé loved them. They looked a tad dry to me. A- maybe. Jalapeño/cheese sausage: Nice texture, plentiful jalapeños. A-. Collard greens, broccoli, mac and cheese were all A's. There were two sauces on the table, both very good. The presentation - all of the items neatly arranged on a metal tray - was even thoughtful and appealing. Long before we were done she made me promise we would come back, which I readily agreed to. All in all a five star barbecue experience. And I lived in Texas for eight years.
