It's not soggy nor bland. Love it! Carnitas were a bit dry, maybe it's because I came later on in the day (9pm) but their tripas made up for it. They are no longer at Enzo's table. I'm not usually one to crave shaved ice but Sno Cafe does things differently. The ice is very soft, so those with sensitive teeth could enjoy it. My favorite was definitely the al pastor--it had that perfect balance of savory with a little sweetness. The portions were really good for the price, and everything came out hot and fresh. The only thing I'd change is maybe adding a little more onion and cilantro, but that's just personal preference.

The bruschetta is one of my favorites; it's light and fresh, and the bread is perfectly toasted while still soft inside. We also love the RCBA, Spicy Carbonara, Roma Rigatoni, and the Spaghetti and Meatballs. I love their sauce. It's not sweet like some other Italian places. Their salads are always fresh and delicious, and my picky eater son loves their spaghetti.
