Amaaaazing food!!! Every single thing we ordered was an absolute hit. We started with fresh brewed…read morecoffee while the kids enjoyed fresh-squeezed orange juice the perfect brunch kickoff. The chicken and waffles were incredible! The fried chicken was seasoned to perfection, juicy on the inside with that crispy golden crunch, and the waffle had the perfect crisp exterior drizzled with a sweet glaze that tied everything together beautifully. Now let's talk about the jerk shrimp lobster bisque grits... I'm usually not a grits person at all, but WOW. Rich, creamy, flavorful, and packed with perfectly cooked shrimp! Killed it! Their Biscoff Cookie Crumble Vanilla Custard French Toast was next-level indulgent and definitely something unique that's worth trying. Service was great, and since they only have outdoor seating, I'm really glad we came early before it got busy. Definitely a brunch spot worth coming back to!

The setup is fully outdoor, which can be a bit intense in the Florida heat depending on the day--so I'd definitely plan accordingly if you're going during warmer months. We did the bottomless mimosas, which were curated by a mixologist. I appreciated the creativity and getting to try different flavors each round, especially since the chef personally brought them out. That said, if you're someone who likes to know exactly what's in your drink, you may find yourself wanting a bit more detail. For appetizers, we tried the 24 karat gold dusted wings and the salmon strips. The wings were well-brined and flavorful, but the gold dust didn't really give that visual "wow" you might expect. The salmon was nicely seasoned and easy to share. For my entrée, I had the chicken and waffles. The waffles were definitely the standout--sweet, with crystal crunchies and a whiskey sugar glaze that added a nice texture. The chicken was bone-in, well-seasoned, and crispy, though tenders might have made it a bit easier to eat. I also ordered a side of haddock, while my friend got the haddock basket. Interestingly, the pieces looked a bit different between our plates, but both were still enjoyable. One thing to note--if you mention a birthday, be ready for a little spotlight moment! The chef came out and serenaded me, which was a thoughtful touch, but if you're more low-key, it might catch you off guard. Overall, the food was good, the experience was personal, and I appreciate supporting a local spot--especially since we had the place to ourselves for most of our three-hour brunch. It's worth trying at least once to form your own opinion, especially if you enjoy a more intimate, chef-driven experience.

Everything is always cooked perfectly and the flavors are next level. He works together beautifully with his wife who makes awesome desserts. It is a full service experience from start to finish--preparing a menu, cooking food on site at your home, and then they take care of all the clean up when it's over. Not only is Chef Al an amazing chef, but he also is a pleasure to talk to, he's engaging, and he's happy to answer questions. Our kids love him too! If you're looking for an amazing private chef to deliver the ultimate luxurious dining experience, look no further. Chef Al is your guy!

WOW what an incredible dinner experience!…read more We provided Chef Al with a rough idea of our dinner preferences along with a couple food allergies and he created a stunning menu in no time. He was also able to make adjustments as needed. The private dinner was absolutely phenomenal and delicious. Chef Al is no ordinary chef, you can tell he has some upscale culinary training and experience. The food was so delicious we didn't want to stop eating lol. Ahi with an incredible soy orange glaze over crispy wontons and Chilean sea bass cooked to perfection were just a couple of the highlights from our dinner. Chef Al is so great this was actually the second time we booked him! And his encore was just as incredible as the first private dinner he did for us last year. Super friendly and professional - would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for the perfect private dinner experience.
