Just recently my friends wedding was catered by Creations Catering and Events in Sanford, and I…read moreattended the initial tasting, as I am a bridesmaid, have attended many weddings, and am a decent cook, and expect a lot for the money. We worked mostly with Monica, but met the chef as well. I could start chronologically, but let's just cut to the chase. From the tasting, the personal service, the variety of choices, and almost most importantly, the price, we got it all!!! Almost $20 pp cheaper than a wedding recently involved with at a fancy downtown Orl.Historical Bed and Breakfast, and CCE was soooo much more delicious! Monica came with several attendants/servers/set-up on time, had all of her linens, supplies, everything she needed. Her people were sweet, and we had a cash bar with a very nice bar tender, who also served free tea and lemonade. The food was perfect. Fancy salad with cheese, fruit, special greens, very flavorful and seasoned vegetables and loaded mashed potatoes, rolls, Tender Beef Burgundy, Chicken Piccata-I think-it was a few months ago-... We had desserts in addition to the wedding cake (read review for Patricia Ames "Cake Designers-Wedding Cake Creations" in Sanford , who was recommended by this caterer and is the best ANYWHERE). Busing of tables was discrete and prompt (former waitress talking here), cleanup was thorough, and there were no areas that we could have asked to be better.

Vegan Halloween Wedding - Absolutely hit it out of the park!…read more My brother enlisted me to help him find a vegan caterer for his Wedding on Halloween and I'm so grateful I found Arthur's. I had reached out to a couple of caterers in the area prior with the only requirement being the food had to be 100% vegan (very important to my brother and his bride). Every other caterer I spoke to pushed back on this and tried to get us to consider at least vegetarian (I think it might have been because they were intimidated by planning that type of menu?) but not Arthur's. Patty was our coordinator and she was a delight to work with - responsive, accommodating and put our minds at ease. The food itself was phenomenal! During cocktail hour there was a harvest table with all kinds of dips, roasted veggies, and a vegan sausage. They also had passed h'orderves which included a falafel, polenta cake and spring rolls which were to die for! The staff kept the plates coming so guests were never without something to munch on while enjoying drinks. At dinner there were 3 stations: 1.) americana/BBQ (buffalo cauliflower, jackfruit sliders, mac and "cheese", collard greens) 2.) Wok/Stir fry (tofu, rice, veggies, spicy sauce) 3.) Italian (eggplant rolitini, creamy veggie pasta, rolls) And then there was a late night snack! mini black bean burgers to satisfy the late night dancing and drinking craving. Needless to say no one went hungry and while this was a fully vegan menu there were only about 7 actual vegans at the whole wedding, yet the entire guest list raved about the menu. I can't recommend Arthur's highly enough. Thank you to Patty and her staff for an amazing night and for making my brother's wedding so delicious and so special!

The bartenders were great and service was all in all very smooth. However, i watched one of the managers, Fiona i believe is her name, talk so rudely to one of the bartenders. Treating her as if she was so incompetent to do her job. Was always yelling at her any chance she could get. I was honestly disgusted and advise this company to look into who is treating their own people with the respect that they deserve.

Big Country Kitchen Catering - A True Southern Gem!…read more If you're looking for catering that feels like a warm hug from the South, Big Country Kitchen Catering is it. From the very first bite, you can tell everything is made with love and attention to detail. - Food Quality: The fried chicken was perfectly crispy, the mac & cheese creamy and rich, and the collard greens tasted just like grandma's. Their cornbread deserves its own standing ovation--moist, buttery, and slightly sweet. - Service: The staff was professional, punctual, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure our event ran smoothly, checking in often without ever being intrusive. - Presentation: Everything was beautifully arranged, making the buffet feel upscale while still keeping that comforting, home-style vibe. Kat was our waitress tonight, and she was the only one working the floor. And she WORKED it. Good for her. She was friendly, efficient, and in good spirits despite being super busy. We never had to wait for drinks or anything with her. The deli dogs are always a go-to for me. Reminds me of back up in New York where I grew up. My husband got the Triple J. Mmmm nice servings of the 3 meats, and that Russian sauce rounds it out well. The loaded latkes are usually our appetizer of choice here. We usually ask for extra sour cream because we are dunkers Overall, nice dinner date tonight

The prices have gone way up, the sizes of the sandwiches are noticeably smaller and the food temperature and apparent freshness is WAY below what it was (not in 2015 when we did the last review). Vicky Daws and Incredibly Edible Catering did an excellent job at our recent event of 100 guests!…read moreWe held a reception and tour of our radio station facility here at UCF, last Saturday, April 20th (2013) - and VIcky personally delivered the food and the beautiful setups. The display was customized in our UCF colors and even the desserts had a UCF theme. Also, we scheduled this on a last-minute basis - as our previously scheduled caterer cancelled on us, three days before the event! Vicky and her company were recommended to me by a friend. She was extremely helpful thruout the process, helping us select the right menu, keeping it within our budget, and also, coming thru with more than what we'd actually contracted for! Our guests were extremely complimentary, I'm still getting calls and compliments today - 3 days after the event! We would definately use Incredibly Edible Caterers again, and I recommend that you do too! -- Kayonne Riley, WUCF-FM, Orlando, FL
