Pretty beyond disappointed. I was incredibly calm and polite, even asking how I can prevent this in the future. Zero suggestions from waitress or manager who aggressively grabbed the receipt off the table and went elsewhere in tears. I gather somehow this was a really bad day for them? But I have no idea how I don't get screwed in the future either when I rsvp'd. Maybe I'll have to try to go by phone next time and ask if they're sure they have everything. After hearing about our event and what we needed, he recommended two sub sandwich party platters and homemade potato salad, and his recommendation was spot on. When I arrived to pick everything up, he greeted me with a handshake and introduction. The food was neatly organized and packaged, and he even helped me carry everything out to my car. Once we started eating, the food was just as impressive as the service. The homemade potato salad was what I was most excited for, and it did NOT disappoint! The sandwiches were loaded with meat, cheese, and toppings, and the bread was absolutely delicious. Great food, generous portions, excellent service, and a very personable owner.
