The food here was exceptional! Hot - good - fast! The inside has this awesome dragon hanging and it ws clean - service was very friendly - highly recommend!

This place was within walking distance across the street from our hotel. All the menu items they offer can be made to fit either vegan or vegetarian preferences. I ordered Mongolian beef with a vegan meat alternative. This dish did not disappoint. The veggie egg rolls were also satisfying. If you're in the midtown ATL check this place out.

The food was delicious and came out fast and hot. The servers were incredibly nice, helpful, and quick with their service. The vibe of the restaurant inside is really cool! Will definitely be coming again soon.

I'm giving 4 stars because the service was top notch and the aesthetics in the dining are so dreamy! If I had a film project I'd definitely shoot it in here lol. The food was 3/5 though, not bad but not spectacular. My server was also 5/5 which brought the rating to a 4! I will definitely be back (to take pictures! Lol).

Dine In Review Okay, dine in is MUCH better than take out. Cheaper (with 2 soft drinks and a hot and sour soup = $46), and much much fresher. general tso chicken $15: been on a American Chinese kick this past 2 weeks. Got it here and was crunchy, deep fried dark meat, tossed in a sweet and tangy sauce; Dine in special Black Pepper Beef on a sizzling plate $15: a bit oily but good flavor. Still not my fav Chinese nor American Chinese in town, but considering its walking distance from my house, I would come again.

Thank god for this place!!! Our favorite Chinese place Chin Chin off Howell Mill closed and we were desperate for some Chinese food. I had heard about this place and man it did not disappoint!! We got the shrimp fried rice and house fried rice and the servings were GIANT and plentiful with protein. We also got the dumplings and crab rangoons and the egg rolls and everything was literally was so delicious and such a good price!! They have dine in and have dine in specials so we want to try that but their to go is excellent quick and the staff is super nice!!! 10/10

Walking inside it looks like a cheesy Chinese restaurant, blue/green decor with red accents. I was intimidated where it was at, and thought parking might be tough. For it's location in midtown the parking doesn't get any easier! We ordered to go, and had the Sesame Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and General Tso's Chicken with egg rolls. Our two favorites were the Mongolian beef and General Tso's with the sesame chicken a distant 3rd place. Both the Mongolian Beef and General Tso's had flavorful veggies, but didn't scimp on the meat. The portion sizes are awesome! We made 6 meals put of three entrees. And we didn't need the extra rice. Bottom line, I think they executed perfectly American Chinese food.

Got General tso, sesame chicken, and fried rice and all the food tasted spongey and reheated. Does not taste fresh, couldnt even finish food. Would recommend other chinese takeout.

Tastes like frozen meat, with added raw vegetables. Rice tasted like 3-Minute microwave rice. Don't get me wrong it was edible & flavorful. But I couldn't bought it from the frozen section at publix "Innovasian" brand. I was disappointed. The place was empty, but clean.

On our way home yesterday from the ATL Jazz Festival we stopped here. I may be a tough critic because I absolutely love Chinese cuisine, but I was really really hopeful that Big Boss would deliver. However I was completely underwhelmed. Although there were so many reviews stating how flavorful the food is, that wasn't our experience. Customer service was great! The young lady who took my order via phone had excellent skills and notated my seafood allergies beautifully. Also, when I approached the counter, they were super friendly. The restaurant was quaint, nothing special but very clean. So though I'll likely not go here in the future, I'm glad we received as y h great service.

Simple, delicious, flavorful. Felt like some traditional takeout Chinese food. Good ratings and a simple menu steered me towards Big Boss and they didn't disappoint. Everything was fresh and hot, even though delivered via Uber Eats. They get extra points for throwing in a sticker. I'm a crazy sticker lady!

Hands down the best Chinese food in the city! Nice size portions, great flavor and the service was fast! Not your average Chinese place, it's better! I forgot to take a pic of the gen tso chicken it was gone before I could grab a pic it's that good with fresh veggies and peppers.

Decor, lighting, and furniture are all on point - the throwback vibes are definitely there. There's even a vintage arcade machine in the corner and a nice looking merch display case. Menu is small - no frills - yet covers all you really need for the classic Chinese "fast food" / takeout joint. You order at the counter and get a number to put at your table if you choose to dine in. Food was satisfying and came out in under 5-10 minutes. Portion size was decent, more on the smaller end. Each entree comes with white rice. Also there's a 10% off student discount for Georgia Tech students! The sesame chicken was probably the best out of the dishes that my friends and I tried. The breading was crispy and the chicken was juicy. Sauce had a great texture that coated the exterior of each piece but didn't make the dish soggy. Mongolian beef was great and cooked well. The spicy garlic pork wasn't very spicy (had some red chili flakes) but the veggies were sauteed nicely. Service was pleasant and prompt. Will return!

Everything was DELICIOUS. The scallion bubble pancake came out HOT, like hurt-to-touch HOT. It was crispy and airy. It was served with a side of mild curry sauce. The noodles, lamb, and eggplant came out hot temperature-wise as well, but they were also hot spice-wise, especially the cumin lamb. The spice levels cleared my sinuses, LOL. But though I struggled with the spice, I kept on eating because all of the dishes were delicious and flavorful. The tender lamb was served on little skewers. The dry fried eggplant was super crispy; the pieces were shaped like spicy fries. I liked Grandma's noodles even more. The noodles had that bouncy, chewy, hand-pulled feel and were covered in vinegar & hot chili oil. I appreciated the portions. Despite being an appetizer, Grandma's Noodles came out on a large plate, and for being small plates, the eggplant and lamb were pretty filling. The service was also friendly and attentive. My food came out quick, and the staff constantly kept my glass of water filled. My only annoyance was the $1 charge for the bowl of white rice, but the food and service more than made up for that small, inexpensive annoyance.

Parking: For anyone coming here for any occasion make sure you validate your parking with the restaurant. The ONLY parking lot they validate is the one right beside the restaurant! Drinks: I got the strawberry lemon drop drink. It was good and did come with the vodka flavor with natural strawberry syrup. It was good. The vegetable dumpling was good! On to the main entree was the House Lo Mein. It was just average and not the greatest I've tried. It took a minute before our server came back. To me it needed more flavor, seasoning and it didn't have any spice what's so ever! I wouldn't get it again. The thing I found annoying/unprofessional was the staff taking forever to give me and my friend out checks. We came into the establishment an hour before they closed. At that time a lot of people were still in the place. However, by the time we received our checks we were the last people in their establishment. The other individuals were the workers cleaning up. We tried to get a server to come to our table sooner but wasn't successful. This is my sole opinion but I wasn't over impressed over food.

Also, it's summer and the sunlight is very bright, making it extremely difficult to tell whether the sign is lit or not. The three-minute wait wasn't the issue. The whole setup is like a mini food hall with several authentic Chinese spots to choose from--but Chong Qing is where I landed. I ordered the crispy chicken with garlic sauce and swapped the white rice for a side of house lo mein (yes, it's an upcharge, but worth it). Everything came out on real dishes--not to-go boxes--which I loved. You order and pay at the counter, grab a seat, and they bring the food out to you. Now let's talk about the food... DELICIOUS. The spice level was just right--flavorful with a nice kick, but not overpowering. If you like it hotter, you can definitely add more heat, but I was perfectly satisfied as is. The lo mein was really good too--veggies were fresh with a nice crisp (those onions and carrots were hitting!), and everything tasted well-balanced. Only small note: I wish there was a little more meat in the dish, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. And let me say this--the portion size is VERY generous. I ate until I was full and still had just as much left to take home, which is always a win in my book. All in all, I'll definitely be back to try more.
