My boyfriend and I came out on a Friday night and I was expecting more of a wait. I'd called…read moreearlier during the day and spoke with the owner, Thomas, who informed me that demand fluctuates so there wasn't a reliable estimate on wait times for lane. We come in around 9pm and do the lunar special ($22.99 per person, shoes included, for two hours of bowling). We got a lane immediately and managed to get through five games in the first hour and a half. Five games are more than enough to tire you out, so we called it a night after that. I lost all five, but I was about to win the fourth if I hadn't had the win stolen from me by three strikes in the 10th turn. I would recommend Fiesta Lanes to anyone looking to do bowling in the San Marcos/New Braunfels area. The only thing I will say is that bowling seems to be rather expensive in Texas compared to where I'm from--every alley I looked up seemed to be more than $20/person. I don't remember ever paying more than $20/person for a satisfactory bowling experience at home, but compared to other offerings in the area I'd say the lunar special is a pretty good deal.

As a parent, if you try to use the Friday $5 promo with kids bowl free they won't let you, you can't use any promo with the KBF. and that was not stated in the fine print The front desk lady is extremely unpleasant everytime we go. Today we had 3 kids ready to bowl, we get there at 11am and front desk lady says they are closed for events until 3pm. Their social media had advertised $5 Friday open play from 11am-7pm. I showed her and said "this was posted knowing you wouldn't be able to accommodate?" Her reply was "no we have 2 events so we aren't doing $5 Friday or KBF until 3pm and that she would get the manager". Oh and that she isn't in charge of the marketing team. Once I left they posted a closure announcement on instagram I fear the marketing team could use some training. I do give props to the food court. Great food and the cashier is always extremely friendly. It's extremely unfortunate- I love supporting local, I used to bowl here as a child and was so excited to take my kids here but this was the last straw. Go to santikos or literally any other place if you don't want to be disappointed. It's not worth the money or frustration.

The arcade was fun - an adult sized crane, pin ball, and other shooting games. Food was surprisingly delicious. Loved my shrimp tacos and the pizza was super yummy! During this visit to Pinstack we got food, played games and did some bowling. The bowling was fun but it's bowling so you should know what to expect. The food was half and half. The Mac and Cheese balls were super super good and my wife and I gobbled those up quick. The fries however, not that great. It's supposed to be "cheese fries" but in actuality it was just a bunch of fries with a small amount of shredded cheese and some sour cream on top. The games were fun but it does cost a lot of points per game to do anything. If you're gonna get a small amount of game credits on your play card, like 20 for example, you'll run out of points quick. I would like to come back again for bowling but I won't rush out the door to come back. I'd say if you're coming here for the first time, get a good amount of credits on your game card or just do bowling. Food is up to you since we only tried 2 appetizers I can't comment too much on it.
