Thoughtful, well-balanced, and clearly brewed with care. The space has real personality. Han frozen in carbonite on the wall... solo, no Jabba in sight. It sets the tone immediately. Add pinball machines (yes, real pinball), and it feels more like a hangout than a tasting room. There are pinball tournaments! The staff is a huge part of why I keep coming back: friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. They know the beer, they like the beer, and it shows. The lack of beer variety isn't even the issue as much as NOT ALLOWING FLIGHTS! OMG, YOU'RE A SMALL BREWERY! WHO DOESN'T OFFER FLIGHTS??? I get it, investment in glasses and a little more maintenance BUT YOU'RE A SMALL BREWERY! As a business and finance person, the flights give you maximum margin on your product AND serve as a marketing tool for exposing consumers to your various products. It's actually a negative NOT to have them. Instead, we had to order multiple full glasses and shared the backwash (sarcasm but it was family).
