We tried the Remlinger Brewery after berry picking on a Sunday. It was like a typical Brewery. They have Happy Hour from Thurs - Sunday 4 pm to 6 PM. We went as a group, we ordered some beer flights, strawberry Mojito, peach Sangria. The drinks were fantastic. Food : Chicken Tacos - were decent not the best but not bad either Cheese curds- v delicious I would def visit it again when they have live music.

Heard about a happy hour at Remlinger Brewery and Restaurant. Did not disappoint! The tacos were delish and this garden salad for $3.95 was a killer deal! They also have so many beer options it was hard to choose. not in Italy was a fan favorite. Will be back soon. Also, very kid friendly and dog friendly out on the outdoor patio.

Great atmosphere, food, and people. Great for families and large crowds. Large portions served at the restaurant. Fish and chips and the vegetable soup alone are worth coming here for.

Sitting down to a taster flight of Remlinger Brewing's beers!

Remlinger Brewing was a brewery I discovered relatively recently and I was running a Google search for the area to see if there were any breweries I haven't tried yet and this one came up! Part of Remlinger Farms which has a variety of different fun activities to do during the year this brewery according to the signage is relatively new and opened in 2021. Nestled in right across from the restaurant you can order your food and drink and sit anywhere in the dining area to enjoy both. I had carne street tacos while Steve had a hamburger, both of which were very good! We also split some cheese curds for an appetizer and those were a hit as well! For the beer we started off with a flight of several of their beers like an amber, an Autumn styled ale, a lager and kolsch among a few others. We were most impressed with the lager and we both ordered a pint of it after we finished the flight. Good place to go to, perhaps not the best beer with every style but very impressed with that lager. But good gor the kind of place it is that brings a lot of families I'm sure during the summer months and can be very touristy. They also have their own ciders as well but we were sufficient with the beer. I imagine for some of the residents of Carnation that like craft beer this addition is welcome since they don't have to go to another town to enjoy craft beer and that some is available right up the road.

This was taken during April 23'. You can see they are really pouring it up here!

Remlinger farms is a family friendly business where they have enough options you can bring the entire family for fun. They just recently opened up the brewery and my goodness do they have a great brewer and serving staff. I'm a frequent customer since it is close to home. My favorite is their lighter beers, which they have gone into contests and won for. If the beers work up your appetite, then you can order food from their tasty kitchen as well. I see this place becoming very popular as more people learn about it and the beer choices they have.

Fun setting lots of space. Nice staff! Good prices! The beer could be a bit better. But they are daily new so I will give them time.

Their website was easy to navigate to find out which food truck would be there and when. We ordered our food first then handed inside to warm up before picking up our order. The space was really spacious and nice. The vibes were warm and cozy with a large TV projector screen playing sports, good music and all types of seating and tables. They have a dog water bowl near the front where you can also get water with clean cups nearby too! You can also tell it is a beloved location as it was getting quite busy and there were children, dogs, and adults enjoying the space and time with one another. We got two 10oz Diamond Knot root beers which was divine! I recently started drinking root beer from breweries and I am a huge fan, as I think brand named root beer is gross. The drink paired really well with our soul food order. The bartender was really polite and seemed to be good friends with his regulars which is a good sign. I asked him where we should put the drinks and he politely let me know to the side of where he served me would be great and there is a sign to put empty glasses as well. We will look forward to visiting when we can as we are all the way from Tacoma but it is definitely worth coming back to!

The Five Forks food truck deserves a high five, it was great. We were there with 8 of us to celebrate a birthday. First of all, the beer selection at the time had 4 or 5 pilsners and the rest almost all IPAs. I get it, IPAs sell but I don't know about the pilsners. The lack of beer variety isn't even the issue as much as NOT ALLOWING FLIGHTS! OMG, YOU'RE A SMALL BREWERY! WHO DOESN'T OFFER FLIGHTS??? I get it, investment in glasses and a little more maintenance BUT YOU'RE A SMALL BREWERY! As a business and finance person, the flights give you maximum margin on your product AND serve as a marketing tool for exposing consumers to your various products. It's actually a negative NOT to have them. Instead, we had to order multiple full glasses and shared the backwash (sarcasm but it was family). Actually you would have more money because we would have all ordered flights and then likely ordered larger of the ones we liked instead of finishing off the stuff that was meh. The beer itself was fine. There was one IPA that had some unique qualities but overall as a whole, they were just ok. Another downfall was that they sell themselves as family friendly, but had a single root beer as the only non-alcohol offering. How about just having some canned soda for the kids? I had inquired in advance about ciders for gluten free options for our celiac and they said "we have ciders" which turned out to be a single cider so that was disappointing as well. The place does have some potential, but untapped at this point.

We showed up last night, late, after we'd both been working downtown doing physical work that just wore us out. Sure, we're in our seventh decade, but we both stay busy! And we just didn't want to cook a dinner after we have given out all our energy. So we walked in, and noted that the place is brightly lit and feels homey while also feeling like a place to be comfortable and not worry about who's watching. We went up to the bar to order our food and drinks, and sat at a table with our drinks. We maybe were there about five to ten minutes and our food came out, fresh and hot and with amazing scents of delightful ingredients. I had the Spicy Burger, which comes with a *six* ounce patty, with cheese, lettuce & tomato and onion, and a spicy chipotle mayo sauce and pickled jalapenos on a brioche. I *love* spicy food anyway, and this hit the spot. Spicy enough to fill the craving I had, and juicy enough that I needed a dozen extra napkins to catch all the juices and spices. My wife had the fish & chips. The fish was made with battered cod, and it was flaky and tender to the point of being "fall apart in your mouth" fresh. The tartar sauce was very good, too. And we both were so very pleased with the fries. They cut the potatoes into strips maybe 1/4" thick and 1/2" wide, but then they dip them in beer batter before deep-frying them. They were *amazing* - crisp and hot and tasty, and well seasoned. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and we have made it a plan that the brewery will become one of the local restaurants we will return to often for a good meal after a hard day.

Well... we finally did it... and shame on us for waiting so long. Such a very cool place and the vibe was great. An open concept inside, with a couple spots outdoors as you enter inside. My wife and I decided to split our meals and we ended up ordering the Chicken Tinga Street Tacos, as well as, a platter of Chicken Nachos. Both very delicious and the cilantro is simply supreme on this! The radishes was a nice touch, with some sauce over corn tortillas with that Cotiga cheese. I would prefer flour, but I'll take it! We also had the Saison which was light, a bit dry, crisp and sort of lemony. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and the neighboring tables. Had some good conversations with local folks. As always, enjoy and Happy Mule Elking!

This is a great spot located in the heart of Cle Elum! They have a food truck on site, which we unfortunately were not able to try because they had closed a bit early. Luckily, they had a number of sandwich and salad options. Our group enjoyed the Cuban, the chicken pesto, the Roslyn Rider, and a Caesar salad, which had some of the best croutons we've had in sometime! Another notable find was the snack mix... Not something that you would normally gush about, but this was filled with all of the best things the world has to offer Cheetos, bugles, Cheez-Its, and pretzels. If the Gardetto rye chips were in this, your head might just explode. For a relatively small outfit, the service here was very fast as they pumped out all of our food in about 10 minutes. There is ample indoor seating, and a lot of outdoor seating, which is shaded, and all of which is lovely! They've got a nice area with cornhole and some other games to play. They also have board games available inside. The only thing they are lacking is a big grassy area kids can go run around, but the asphalt worked just fine this spring day.
