I have used a few other cleaners in the past, and often find dust in obvious places or things left in a mess. I've used Sparkle twice now. The first time Anastasia essentially did a deep clean of my entire apartment, including the oven and fridge, and did a fantastic job. It felt like a new home! My second cleaning was recently, a few weeks after the first, and was done in about 3.5 hours, but just as good. Everything was very clean and organized, especially considering I just got back from a trip so I had some suitcases and clothes in the way. I highly recommend Sparkle Maids and look forward to using them again!

My cleaners were Joselyn and Lizhet, both very sweet and extremely thorough. They left my apartment sparkling. My issue is mostly with the communication. The cleaners arrived on-time, but the truck with all their tools/supplies didn't arrive until ~45 min after the scheduled time. The person who delivered the supplies seemed like the supervisor or manager, but there was a language barrier and I ended up having to translate for them. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things just seemed a little disorganized. Also, I've reached out a couple times to try to schedule a second cleaning, but have yet to hear back. Not sure if they are still in business or not.

Okay it seems like with Cleaning Day it's really luck of the draw. The cleaners aren't branded with…read morelogos or t shirts or supplies in any way - just a random person showing up with their own cleaning supplies. We got lucky w Alejandro! He was super nice and despite a language barrier we were able to discuss what I needed cleaned. It was slightly annoying to me that Cleaning day did not give him all of the details though. I don't think I should have had to explain things but alas, the clean he did was great!! Really the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is bc it seems rly up to chance, the communication from the company feels extremely lacking and there's no support for a language barrier. There were a few miscommunications also (which again was NO fault of Alejandro's!). The price felt like I underpaid for the kitchen clean but overpaid for the bedroom - it was tough to know what to expect based on the website and not being able to totally communicate with the cleaner they sent (and I know they have bilingual staff bc someone called me as the cleaner was having an issue getting into my building.) Overall I might book again, but I'd know I need to be home for the entire cleaning so I am able to communicate various things the cleaner wasn't told. Which is sort of annoying to know that for the several hours a cleaner is there, I also have to be. I'd probably use this service again! But just have realistic expectations of what the process will look like to get you your beautifully cleaned home!

She checked in with me before she finished to make sure I was happy with the level of clean. My apartment was sparkly clean when she left. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is that I on the morning I was originally scheduled to have a cleaning, the company let me know that the person who was supposed to come called in sick and they were going to have to send someone 3 hours later. Unfortunately, that wouldn't work with my schedule so I had to reschedule. Then the woman who came the second time showed up an hour late. She said she had been outside the building but didn't have my cell number to call me and had to wait for someone to come out. This was unfortunate because I left instructions that I don't have a call box and that my cell needed to be called to let the cleaner in. Once someone was finally in the apartment, they did a great job.

The Support: Before the work started, our account rep, Dona, was a total lifesaver. She was incredibly patient and professional while I navigated the legal side with an attorney. I was completely clueless about this process, and her expert coaching was exactly what I needed. The Execution: The project took 8 days, moving from massive debris removal to a meticulous deep clean. The onsite team--Elhadji (Konneh) and Jessica--were absolute pros. They didn't just work ad-hoc; they had a clear, well-thought-out 'plan of attack.' The Heart: Despite the scale of the clutter, they always had a smile on their faces and never balked at a setback. Most importantly, they were incredibly sensitive and kind toward the elderly owner. Home Clean Home brings both a strategic process and genuine compassion to a difficult situation. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I left and paid till 9 pm and asked her to just close the door behind her when she leaves, because there is not enough room for me to be here while they clean. I came home at 10:39 to all my makeup , receipts and perfumes thrown together in a garbage bag sitting on my dresser and my new clothes still in the bags having been shoved into a laundry bag. She said she mopped the floors but the floor in the living area and bathroom were still very dirty . Neither the stove nor refrigerator were clean, so not sure what they did all that time . To top it off she tried saying I owed her two more hours. I paid her for four hours and then she tried saying my husband only paid her for three . I also made a mistake of paying cash to be nice after she took the train here for over three hours which lets you know she is not located in Chelsea. I live in Seagate- it is an hour train ride away. My house did smell like cheap fabuloso so maybe that's why the floors weren't clean . She was supposed to bring her own supplies but came with no vacuum. I see now there are no reviews and this is not a legit company. Also they put the candy that was on my dresser in the garbage bag which opened and all my expensive makeup pallets are now full of sugar!!
