You order at the counter and then they bring the food out to you. We ended up ordering a cinnamon roll, the roasted and the sunny along with a cup of coffee and a refill. We were shocked to see that a cup of coffee is only $0.95 in house and a refill is $0.50! That's cheaper than one cup of most and this is their own roast. Definitely recommend taking advantage of the coffee prices, since even the to go coffee is way cheaper than most. The bagel sandwiches were both very solid and left you full. One thing of note is that they do make their eggs for the sandwiches in the microwave, so if there are a lot of orders, it can take a while to get the food. That being said, the eggs are nice and fluffy and well seasoned. We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area. Also, just have to say that their logo is fantastic! I wanted to buy all of the merchandise when we were their, and they have a lot of merchandise!

I highly recommend sitting as far from the doors during winter as possible. They have two doors with no vestibule between the outdoors and the dining area. It is freezing in here. Service: They brought the food promptly and took our orders correctly. Food: The flavor was good but my hot sandwich was served luke-warm at best. Be careful which type of bread you order, based on the bread type you select for your sandwich determines your sandwich size. I ordered a sandwich that was the same price as the person I was dining with, but it was much smaller in size because I ordered a different bread. I expected my eggs to be poached they came fried sunny side up the ham they used was very smoky flavored (to be fair it's called smoked ham in the menu) the hollandaise sauce was weak and a little skimpy IMO. The serving sizes are huge comes with 2 large pancakes and hash browns. Pancakes were very good and took the hash browns to go. My partner had an omelette with 2 pancakes and a large muffin. She brought 1/2 the omelette home with the muffin. A second meal! The price was very reasonable considering the amount of food and service was good. Took a little longer than expected but not bad. Might try it again but will skip the eggs Benedict next time.
