Atmosphere: Located in a strip mall so there was ample parking. The inside was really clean. Service: Professional and they were pretty fast too. I don't know what people are expecting when they come here, I mean these guys are probably making minimum wage, if they aren't all cheer and sunshine can you blame them? They were nice enough and did their job well. Can't believe how bucky some of these reviews are about the service not smiling enough or being gung ho about getting them coffee and a bagel. You don't see people demanding that kind of enthusiasm at a McDs. Coffee: I got a mocha and my friend got some blended freezy coffee, both were good and reasonably priced. Very busy and understaffed. They gave me the wrong bagel but I wasn't too upset. I didn't say anything about it to them; the bagel was still good. The veggie cream cheese was also very good; perfect creaminess and just the right flavor. I will be back. read more

Excellent bagels! Great selection of bagel flavors and cream cheese options. The service is quite slow. During our visit, there were 3 tables. All had their food. It took about 10 minutes for us to get a bagel and breakfast sandwich. Service-for being pretty empty when we got there it took quite a while for our order (2 bagels and 2 bagel sandwich) to come up. Servers were not unfriendly, but not friendly either. No one in there smiled. Food-wife's bagel sandwich was quite large and worth the price but the bagels themselves were a disappointment. There was no chew or bite to them. Very bread and way to fluffy for a bagel. Flavor was decent but texture was way off for a bagel. read more

Great little place to get a delicious fresh bagel. I like the people and how flexible they are when ordering. Also love that they have cream for coffee and lots of options. I have not had a bad experience yet. Only thing I don't like is how the chairs sound while moving on the floor. Simple bumpers of some kind would certainly add to the chill environment that is already there. read more

If you are looking for bagels on the Southside of Appleton, this is one of the few places that you can get them. It is probably what keeps them in business. With some competition, this store would struggle. The food is ok, but not great. The bagels, good, but I've had better. The coffee, again, good but not great. The customer service is probably they most suspect thing about the place. Only one person on the staff ever seems happy to have a customer in the restaurant. Most act like it is a chore to greet you or wait on you. It will be interesting to see how it does with "Dunkin Donuts" becoming a neighbor in a short time. read more

The selection was extremely limited, yes I was there at 1pm, but I should be able to order a sandwich and have the option of egg, salt or tom. basil - they did not have any of these choices. The food is tasty and made with fresh ingredients, it's what you would expect from this kind of chain restaurant. Normally I would give it a 4/5, because that's what the food alone deserves, but the service is lackluster. Orders come out relatively slowly, and the manner in which the staff treats customers is somewhat off putting. It's like your communicating with machines. read more

My only complaint is that I have to drive all the way across town. :) I don't get there nearly as often as I'd like because of the distance. So wish they'd open a Neenah location! But I digress. I've always had fast, friendly service, and all the items I've tried so far have been fresh and tasty. My very favorite is the Apple Pie bagel with the BAB brown sugar/cinnamon cream cheese.
