I originally signed up with Fitness for $10, not Parkway Athletic Club. Since the rebranding,…read morethey've increased prices, dropped amenities, and still expect everyone to honor contracts they've fundamentally changed. This isn't a new gym with new value--just the same ownership hiding behind a new name while offering less and charging more. I was told "it's still the same owners, so your contract is still valid." That might be legal, but it sure isn't ethical. My contract was with FF10, with a different pricing model and a different set of amenities. They've broken their end of the agreement, but refuse to release me from mine. Staff keep repeating that new equipment is "coming," but it's been all talk and no action. If you're considering joining, don't fall for the promises. What you see is what you get--old equipment, overcrowding, stripped-down services, and zero accountability. This is classic bait-and-switch. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

You get the most bang for your buck here! With 3 different options, you won't have an issue finding the right membership to fit your lifestyle & budget. Personally, I chose the 20$ a month membership & paid for a year upfront. One of the major perks to having that membership is that I'm able to workout & have an awesome babysitter watch my son at the gym for an entire hour! More so, I can access the gym 24 hrs a day & workout at any Ff10 in the US with my VIP card. Tanning beds are also available for use by VIP members. At Ff10, there is no shortage of workout machines or free weights. Don't worry about not knowing how to use them either. Reasonably priced certified personal trainers are around to show you everything you need to know. An introduction lesson is included in the membership too! Victor Joe is the best personal trainer to have, if you're looking to get ripped. My husband, Anthony trains with him & in only 2 months, he's lost 13 lbs! Victor shows Anthony the correct form & exact weights to use to target his muscles. We couldn't be happier with his results so far! Don't bother searching for another gym, go to Ff10!

I paid the $25.00 cancellation fee and I was on my way. I get an email today saying they're trying to charge my bank account. I literally have paperwork from that last visit confirming my cancelation. I liked this gym and all for the 3 years I've been going here but I have a free deal through work. Just because I left this gym doesn't make it okay to insult me. I saw the notes on the reflection of the glass as it was dark. To be fair, this was the only bad experience I've had at this gym but I'm giving it a 2 star. I already know this gym is trying to refuse my cancellation. I'm very frustrated.
