This isn't a new gym with new value--just the same ownership hiding behind a new name while offering less and charging more. I was told "it's still the same owners, so your contract is still valid." That might be legal, but it sure isn't ethical. My contract was with FF10, with a different pricing model and a different set of amenities. They've broken their end of the agreement, but refuse to release me from mine. Staff keep repeating that new equipment is "coming," but it's been all talk and no action. If you're considering joining, don't fall for the promises. What you see is what you get--old equipment, overcrowding, stripped-down services, and zero accountability. This is classic bait-and-switch. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

I love the feeling of the studio, it's very nicely decorated and gives off a comforting, cozy vibe. They have mats, blankets, and bolsters provided. Nikki is such a kind, welcoming person who made me feel so comfortable on my first visit! They have great prices as well. I can't wait to go back!

The studio, here in Fallon, (there is one in Reno too) is everything you want a yoga studio to be!! It's super clean and well decorated in yoga items... the floor is amazing!! They have put a lot of time and money into the lighting and sound systems, both mounted in the ceiling tiles, which are all perfectly white like new!! You can bring your own yoga "stuff" or they have equipment there that you can borrow!! Nikki and the staff went out of their way to make us newbies completely comfortable and the regulars were super friendly!! Everything I look for when I want a great yoga experience!!! I do not hesitate in recommending Shanti Yoga to anyone looking for an amazing experience!!

While that's great for the water aerobics class, that's not so great for serious swimming (y'know, the kind with flip turns and all). The dearth of kickboards or other swim accessories coupled with the badly placed time clocks, minuscule (and humid) locker room and the exceptionally shallow water encouraged me not to return the next day.
