I was bummed we got here later than expected and weren't able to do the carousel. It's been years since I visited! We were given a preloaded card and got to play for a consecutive two hours. I just wish I would have known that the kids don't acrrue tickets on the birthday packages. We did however enjoy ourselves and look forward to coming back. There were a few games that should have been marked, " out of order". The party room was a decent size with plenty of seating for everyone to sit and eat pizza and enjoy cake. We had a great time and the staff was awesome. I spent a lot of time growing up nearby as my best friends lived in Verdi and I grew up in NW Reno.
