CC communications is an Ok isp here is what it has Pros:…read moreit's fast it's reliable it's affordable This company has good speeds their consistantly what you paid for with little to no down time in the 5 years i've used them. and at 70$ for 150up and down that's a tough price to beat in the area i found my self in This cons from this company are very specific and you should read this if you play online video games. the cons are that this isp seems to block a ton of peer to peer connection ports making quite a few games using p2p connections essentially useless and unplayable without a VPN and even them some games like DOTA2 don't work even with a VPN. the customer service is a joke when asking for an explanation or way to fix it they offered no real help and just said that's how it's going to be and even tried to imply it wasn't to do with their internet service, but after switching ISPs to Spectrum all those issues disappeared almost as if it was their service causing it. Even outside of games i've had several programs that connect to the internet to conduct actions on the program and with cccomms they would always cut out and think they've lost connection despite not losing connection in any other program but once again after changing Isps my problems vanished. so be careful and make an informed descision

Hariom Tv Center - Would you trust this company to fix your TV?

Hariom Tv Center

Cannot believe there are not more reviews for this repair center. I was assigned this tech by Geek…read moreSquad because they did not have any repair techs in my area. I was told to expect a call from him within 2 hours. Instead, nearly a week later, he calls me one morning to let me know he was coming out THAT DAY to diagnose my TV. I told him it was too last minute and that I needed an appointment. He was rude and told me to reschedule with Geek Squad. So I did, and had to wait two weeks due to the holiday weekend. He called the day before to confirm the appointment, which I thought showed much more courtesy than before. The entire day was set aside, and around 1:30 I started to get nervous, so I called him to confirm our appointment again, which he did, but did not give me a narrower timeframe other than "before 5pm." He arrived two hours later, and one has to wonder if he simply forgot and my call jogged his memory because I'm about 90 minutes away from his shop. He arrived with printouts of troubleshooting steps from Sony's website for my model of TV, plugged a USB drive into the USB port, told me my firmware was up to date. After showing him what the issue was (image flickering), he showed me the printouts and kept telling me that if there was a problem, since this is a smart TV, there would be error codes in the form of the power light blinking. He then wanted to take my TV to his shop, and that is when things got really weird. I had seen these reviews on Yelp and became concerned long before he arrived, and asked the Geek Squad agent who assigned this tech to repair my TV what the procedure was in case he wanted to take my TV, and was told that he would have to call in to Geek Squad dispatch/claims and get permission first. I mentioned this to him, and he told me that he could not call them as they were closed, but he could call them in the morning and get back to me. He left, and I thought everything was okay. The next afternoon, since I had not heard back from him, I called Geek Squad to find out what was going on. Hariom had documented that he was unable to replicate my issue (which he documented as "powering off by itself") and closed the case. I told the agent that was NOT what my issue was, so she scheduled another appointment for the following week. On the day of my second appointment, I received no confirmation call, so around 3:30 I called Geek Squad, who showed that I still had an appointment set for that day. They called Hariom, and he told them that he was not honoring the appointment because I had refused service. Apparently, I ruffled his feathers when I would not allow him to take my TV without first obtaining permission from Geek Squad, and since he is the only TV service tech in 100 miles, and he was now refusing to service my TV, I was up the creek without a paddle. Geek Squad was eventually able to straighten out the issue with my TV by simply replacing it without any further involvement of Hariom TV Center. To anyone who is assigned Hariom TV Center for repairs, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! And if you can, Nanny-cam the entire visit!! This guy knows that he is the only service tech in the area, so he has no problem treating customers poorly. Manufacturers and extended warranty companies need to know how bad this guy is.

Echo sentiments of other reviewers!!! Scheduled for an in-home TV repair through BestBuy Geek Squad…read moreand this was the place assigned to my order. Supposed to receive a call night prior with 4-hour window--got call but no window assigned--called Hariom directly day of repair--absolutely rude, disgruntled, angry employee yelling at me "I will not come until mileage approved"--bottom line his behavior was so terrible I canceled the service through BestBuy as I would never let anyone from this "business" and his negative energy near or around my home!!!
