The checker, that was neutral at best, for the first visit must have saw me go to a different line and there were only 2. She came up behind me and said: Hey did you just come through my line and purchase your limit of items. I said yes, but please relax I am purchasing unrelated items. She just turned around and went back to her cash register. While I appreciate her energetic desire to follow rules, she may get a much better reaction by starting the discussion with a more polite opening, and thus the lower rating in my mind. To make it more complex, the gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and handled the situation with a calm and professional demeanor. So I'll settle on 3 stars.

We went through 3-4 of them trying to find one that had instructions and looked brand new. I appreciated him going through them with me trying to find the "best" one. When I got it home and plugged it in. The buttons on the fan don't work. The only thing it does is goes up and down and not side to side like my daughter wanted. My youngest daughter didn't mind it doing that, so they switched them out. I got a receipt sent to me via text. So I have no clue if they take items back. So I wouldn't recommend buying electronics here. But other things, yes. I did look up other items that they are selling on Costco app and they were the same price or a few dollars off.

She suggested if I did not find anything outside the store to return to see if there was something that Costal could do to the cage I did have. I returned the next day and within 10 minutes there was a plan of action. Within 30 minutes everything was completed, and I was happily walking out the door. So he showed me the shorts they have for women. Which were tiny, ass-hanging-out kind of shorts. I'm like, do you see my figure?! My thighs are way too big to pull off short shorts! It definitely requires a shirt underneath, as it has holes in it. But the cream color can compliment a dark shirt easily. I liked it. We go to cash out, and the employee tells us about a buy one, get one half off sale. I love those sales! So we found my husband a new shirt. Dude destroys clothes, and has lost weight. So he honestly needed some new, and smaller shirts. So we found a Volcom shirt and ended up only paying $11.99 for it. He signed me up for some point system they have. My first thought was, I don't go to Zumiez all that often, so does it really matter? But then I think, ehh. Maybe I'll visit the one at home more often this way. So I signed up. Will I return to this store? When I'm in the area, I'm sure I will. I wasn't terribly impressed by the size of the store, but Zumiez stores always seem a tad small. They took the time to help me and my husband get safe helmets, explaining the importance of a proper fit. My very physically fit husband needed an extra large and the employee showed us how to adjust them and test them. What a professional! I bike often through fields and I ended up getting a flat tire due to the blackberry thorns. Bike and hike, not only took care of it on the spot but only charged $10.00 for the tube and service. They also recommended a tube that could handle thorns since I travel daily through that field. I recommend these guys highly. They know what they are doing and the care and after service is outstanding.
