I was told by their customer service if I find a cheaper price online they would match it. I did find the items much cheaper online and when I sent sportsman's the proof, they would not beat the prices and changed their story yet another time. I would also like to add the sportsman's credit card charges 33% interest and they charge $3.50 per month if you choose not to go paperless. Sportsman's charges higher prices if you order through them online. Their in store prices are cheaper, so when sportsman's offers you a discount ( online only) your not getting a discount. They raise the prices online then offer consumers who open a card a discount. I've gone into the sportsman's store in Bend Oregon looked at a safe with a sign saying on sale with the original price of .99 cents higher than the sale price. Honestly just stay away from sportsman's and save money.

I arrived with a small animal cage that did not suit the needs of the parrot it housed. Michele showed me what the store had in stock, unfortunately none meet the needs of our situation. She suggested if I did not find anything outside the store to return to see if there was something that Costal could do to the cage I did have. I returned the next day and within 10 minutes there was a plan of action. Within 30 minutes everything was completed, and I was happily walking out the door. These folks are WONDERFUL problem solvers.

I went in to pick up a BCM lower on a transfer, (this was during an AR15 shortage). Talking with the guy he mentioned they had an complete Aero AR10 lower at a great price. So I bought that one I just was looking for a Shockwave. Checked with Brownells, they had it at 500. Called TL, they quoted 575. Not so bad considering and I do try and buy local. I called back to order the shockwave and now the prices was 525, cheaper than Brownell's would be with the transfer and shipping. If sarcasm hurts your feelings and you think people are assholes maybe you should take up knitting instead of shooting. That said no one has been sarcastic or discourteous to me at TL. The worst thing is that they are not selling suppressors. They promise to have their NFA paperwork in place by the summer. lets hope. With the exit of Wes and Philomath Guns we do not have much in the way of firearms retailing. BiMart has very limited stock, mostly hunting related gear. You need to spend more. They acknowledge you when you walk in, despite the idiots complaining that they don't. If you have a question, they answer it, and are friendly.....even when the question is completely ridiculous. You might get some sarcasm, but they're not goin to treat you badly. This doesn't make them assholes, it makes them the kind of salesmen that are the ones that represent the best business practices for these things that you can get. They're prices aren't higher than anywhere else, their shop is clean and well maintained, and the people working there, know what they're doing. Stop in. You'll like it.

What is the point of paying a higher amount for a supposedly better product if the manufacturer will not stand behind it? I purchased a camping chair with the name embroidered on the back(coastrail) and the manufacturer tag attached to the bottom of the chair indicating it was made in 12/2020, but CoastalCountry still refused to take it back. I told them it was a manufacturer defect since the fabric seat panel separated away from the stitched seam within one year from the date of purchase. The camping chair and customer Service Rep(Angie) with whom I spoke with are both inadequate and do not support the customer, literally! I would have a better chance of winning the lottery than to get this company to do the correct thing and provide me with a replacement. I can only warn anyone out there to be really careful if you do decide to move forward with a purchase from this company. Tony C.
