I recently purchased several Bosch appliances from Kelly's Appliance Center in Salem, including a…read morerefrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. After receiving a call that all of my appliances were ready for pickup at their warehouse, my husband went to collect them--only to find that the stove I had purchased had been sold to someone else by one of Kelly's sales associates. We were told we would have to wait for a replacement stove to be delivered. As a cottage baker, a reliable stove is essential to my business. Unfortunately, the replacement stove did not cook my products correctly. When I contacted Kelly's to report the issue, they were dismissive of my concern and I was told that their return policy only covers a five-day window--essentially leaving me with no recourse. Three weeks later, a new control panel was installed on the stove, but there's no guarantee this will resolve the issue. I can't shake the suspicion that I was given a returned or defective unit from the beginning. Sadly, this experience has completely eroded my trust in Kelly's Appliance Center. As well as the quality and reliability of Bosch stoves. I chose Kelly's because I believed they would offer superior service and support, but unfortunately, my experience has proven otherwise. I would not choose to do business with them again.

I attached photos to an email and they agreed to take every item (15 in all) and quickly set up a pick up at my storage unit. Alex came with a truck and packed/secured everything very carefully and had a very pleasant and informative attitude. My furniture was taken to the business and I received a list of the items to review the next morning. They even took an item I didn't have on my original list - a grandfather clock. They followed up with me the next day and also sent an email link for me to set up a personal account so I can follow the sales activity and also receive direct deposit to my bank account when items sell. The process couldn't have been easier. Some of the antique stores in Albany never even called me back and the owner of one store set up an appointment but never showed up. The personnel at Corvallis Consignment couldn't have been more professional / helpful. I highly recommend this business.

As I was trying to gauge value of a potential purchase. Liz was in the back of the store sitting at a table talking on the phone to her husband and I happen to be walking near to be pointed to the item location in this large store. She laid the phone down briefly and told me where it was located. I decided to purchase the item for my friend in need. found Liz at the register on phone with husband again or still. she asked If I brought the tag with me. I said no. she then instructed me to get it and bring it to her so up the stairs I went to serve myself. Maybe this place should offer self checkout too! Since this woman seemed to careless as a first time customer to educate me on the store how it works and show some enthusiasm towards me and my purchase- customer service experience - Very nice items which made the experience somewhat redeeming and getting sale info or how a consignment works was me pulling teeth.

This is as good as it gets in terms of personal attention and turnaround... they were able to immediately and perfectly compensate for my screwup in losing the receipt.
