Dear Mr. Milstein: The purpose of this post is to remind you that you have not refunded $3,025.90, representing money paid to Crystal Valley Decorating, Inc. in April 2019 for product which was never delivered. You promised a refund but it was never sent. As of today, despite repeated assurances that Crystal Valley Decorating would issue the refund check, no check has been forthcoming. read more

Originally founded in California, Crystal Valley moved to Oregon in 2005. For decades we have provided custom design and manufacturing options for commercial Christmas decorations using the finest materials available. Our products can be seen around the world in shopping malls, resorts, casinos, theme parks, and municipalities. All of our products are manufactured in Oregon and we are proud to say that we are Made in the USA.
