I like the fact that they did have at least five or six little spots where you could do mat work- so many clubs have limited the space so this was really nice! It's clean, they were mopping and vacuuming while we were there and the front desk staff were very friendly. Everything seemed to be in working order as well. Cerebral concussion, subdural hematoma, collapsed ear canals, migraine, vertigo and serious vision issues. Physical therapy was not helping. I prayed for guidance as this fall was not my first fall and I knew I needed help and then Seth popped up on a You Tube advert. What he has created at The Vitality Mill has been life changing for me, I have been able to stop myself from falling at least half a dozen times with the strength and balance I have been able to build with his, Cassie's and Christians help.
