Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better resolution. I may have jumped the gun a little bit by comparing Biff's to every other national chain gym because, obviously, they were willing to reach out to multiple people to apologize and get things right. Planet or Gold's Gym wouldn't have done that for us. My feelings on the gym itself haven't really changed since my first review. I never had issues with the equipment and the employees were friendly and respectful. And as previously stated, my wife really did love the in-person classes and misses her trainers like crazy. Overall, expect a quick turnaround on service related issues, an owner that shows a willingness to go above and beyond for his customers, and a clean and well maintained gym.

I like the fact that they did have at least five or six little spots where you could do mat work- so many clubs have limited the space so this was really nice! It's clean, they were mopping and vacuuming while we were there and the front desk staff were very friendly. Everything seemed to be in working order as well. When we tried to ask why we were told "breach of contract" when asked to elaborate on what part was violated, they still failed to provide ANY reason. The amount of unprofessionalism from the Unleashed Angels facility is wild. We love the girls and parents on the team but had bad vibes from the owners from the start and we were right. It's sad to think someone can just kick an 8 year old off of a team and break her heart with out even offing an explanation as to why. If you have looked into this facility and teams I would suggest avoiding them unless you're ok with not being allowed to ask questions and are ok with being price gouged.

They allow people to coach these kids cussing at them and calling them losers with absolutely NO EXPERIENCE in coaching. They just want to collect your money and call it a day! We did fundraising for tournaments that we did not get to participate in all season. They make you pay $50 for not being able to attend the bake sales they have to fund the winter banquet they have to show "appreciation" to the "players." If you don't pay them the money your child doesn't get to participate in this winter banquet. Same with other fundraisers they have had if we can't get donations we have to pay a minimum of $50. Which is suppose to be used to fund tournaments. Like I said we haven't played a single tournament all season! They apparently are more concerned with the winter banquet to "honor" players, but most the players don't even make it through the season with the lack of coaching and verbal abuse. They embarrass players by calling them out by name in the team groupme that if they don't pay the dues by the end of a certain time the child will be kicked off. Instead of handling that privately with that person. We have since moved on to a new organization that has offered so much and has helped grow our child in ways this organization never could. DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE! This place is a scam!
