I am writing to express my concerns regarding the coaching and personal training services provided…read moreby Even Bellew at 4 Star Fitness. Based on the services advertised, clients are expected to receive professional coaching, consistent communication, accountability, and individualized support. However, I have concerns that these expectations are not being met despite clients paying premium rates. The advertised pricing begins at approximately $350 per month, with higher-priced options available for increased communication and support. When clients invest this amount of money, they reasonably expect timely responses, regular coaching, personalized guidance, and consistent follow-through. If those services are not being provided, it raises serious concerns about whether clients are receiving the value they were promised. I encourage 4 Star Fitness to review whether the coaching services being offered under its business are meeting the standards represented to prospective clients. A fitness facility's reputation depends not only on the quality of its equipment but also on the professionalism, accountability, and integrity of the trainers operating within the facility. I respectfully request that management review these concerns, evaluate client satisfaction, and ensure that all trainers are providing the level of service for which clients are paying. Transparency regarding coaching expectations, communication standards, and accountability is important to maintaining trust between clients and the business. My intention is not to disparage anyone personally but to encourage accountability and ensure that consumers receive the services they have purchased.
