It was my first time in last week and I was surprised of how nice this location is compared to expressway one. The bottom floor when you walk in, you'll see the child car area on the left and classes, locker rooms, and entry to the pool through the locker rooms on the right side. Oh and also, I think .. small class studios. Right in the center of the gym is where you will see all the free weights, racks. Suitable for squats, deadlifts etc. Everything is super clean here as well it seems like. The up stairs where you'll see more cardio work machines. I haven't really gotten to look in depth but so far I'm really loving it! PS :: Try out and see if you are able to get a free pass online!!! It's all worth it

They even used the diving board a few times. They thoroughly enjoyed it. The downside of our visit was the three young adult girls wearing g-strings and walking around small children. My youngest was horrified that he could see their "tushies". There's a place for such things but it's not in a children's area. It's indecent and I was surprised they were allowed in. I mean.... you have to wear shoes to enter other establishments... you should have to wear some kind of bum covering in the presence of children. IMO.

This is the 3rd year my children have taken swimming lessons…read more This time their instructor has been odd. My daughter is 9 and tall for her age. The instructor threw an object out for the kids to dive and retrieve. My daughter cannot swim yet and is building her confidence. When she threw out my daughter's object, my daughter tried but couldn't get it. She said the water was right up to her chin and needed help. The instructor wouldn't help her, although she had helped all the other children with this task. My daughter tried to move the object with her foot to get it into a little shallower water and was reprimanded. In the end she didn't pass the skill. When she came back to the parent area she was in tears. I did not confront the instructor. I mean, she is about 16 years old. We had an issue like this the 1st year when the instructor lacked patience. That year we left after the 1st day and didn't return. I have emailed the Station before but never get any response back. If your child is not already confident in the water, then lessons her might not be appropriate for your child.

Have had issues with not having my scan in card and employees turning me away to drive home to get it. Even though I've been a member longer than they have all worked there combined. Machines are still the same as when I started, with the occasional new machine that they cram into a free space providing limited walkways. Let's not start with the arrogant and egotistical Lighthouse crew who think because they work there that they have dibs to the equipment. All in all, this place kinda sucks. My experience at this Planet Fitness today was completely unacceptable. I asked a staff member named Trey to turn on one of the stations. He told me he had to do it, not customers. Moments later, I watched another customer walk in and turn on the exact same type of machine themselves with no issue. That means I was either lied to or treated differently for no valid reason. When I pointed out which machine I was referring to, Trey responded by saying he didn't have to answer my question and then told me I "don't have to be here" to receive services even though I'm a paying member. I then requested to speak with another staff member, and he refused, claiming he was the manager and I had no one else to speak to. This level of disrespect, inconsistency, and unprofessional conduct is not something I've ever experienced in a gym environment. No paying member should be talked down to, dismissed, or given false information. This situation needs to be addressed so other members don't go through the same thing.

Solid Rock opened us with welcome arms and made sure we knew that we belonged here too. Not only is the community outstanding, but the programming is amazing. I feel so much stronger and have more energy. They also do nutrition challenges and planning so you can become the best version of yourself.
