It was my first time in last week and I was surprised of how nice this location is compared to expressway one. The bottom floor when you walk in, you'll see the child car area on the left and classes, locker rooms, and entry to the pool through the locker rooms on the right side. Oh and also, I think .. small class studios. Right in the center of the gym is where you will see all the free weights, racks. Suitable for squats, deadlifts etc. Everything is super clean here as well it seems like. The up stairs where you'll see more cardio work machines. I haven't really gotten to look in depth but so far I'm really loving it! PS :: Try out and see if you are able to get a free pass online!!! It's all worth it

They even used the diving board a few times. They thoroughly enjoyed it. The downside of our visit was the three young adult girls wearing g-strings and walking around small children. My youngest was horrified that he could see their "tushies". There's a place for such things but it's not in a children's area. It's indecent and I was surprised they were allowed in. I mean.... you have to wear shoes to enter other establishments... you should have to wear some kind of bum covering in the presence of children. IMO.

My experience at this Planet Fitness today was completely unacceptable. I asked a staff member named Trey to turn on one of the stations. He told me he had to do it, not customers. Moments later, I watched another customer walk in and turn on the exact same type of machine themselves with no issue. That means I was either lied to or treated differently for no valid reason. When I pointed out which machine I was referring to, Trey responded by saying he didn't have to answer my question and then told me I "don't have to be here" to receive services even though I'm a paying member. I then requested to speak with another staff member, and he refused, claiming he was the manager and I had no one else to speak to. This level of disrespect, inconsistency, and unprofessional conduct is not something I've ever experienced in a gym environment. No paying member should be talked down to, dismissed, or given false information. This situation needs to be addressed so other members don't go through the same thing.

As we were talking to her, she would walk away and "drink" her water OR EAT her snacks like she is too busy for us. Even saying hi and thank yous, she would ignore you! I'm extremely upset of her act today. And customer service should NEVER be like this EVER. We gave it another chance as we said our good byes for the night. And of course she would ignore us like she doesn't hear us heading out. But thank god the guy tonight was kind and ended our night with a positive note. "Have a great night guys"

This is the best YMCA in okc! Even when I lived on the north side of town, I still came here. The…read more1.5 mile outdoor track is wonderful! They have the best area for kids ages 5-18. The other YMCAs that I have been to typically have a child area for younger child, but nothing for the older kids. I've been bringing my son since he was 5 (he's now 9) and there is plenty for him to do, they have tvs, computers, ping pong, basketball, and a spot to hang out. I feel very comfortable bringing him here! The exercise equipment is also great, they are consistently bringing in newer machines and have a large selection of weight machines as well as free weights. I have attended several classes that they offer also. Set and Reps, which is every Wednesday evening is like a full boot camp workout. It is amazing! The pool area is also pretty awesome, they have three different areas, a lap pool, and family pool with water slide and a wading area for the younger kids, complete with sprayground equiptment!

Solid Rock opened us with welcome arms and made sure we knew that we belonged here too. Not only is the community outstanding, but the programming is amazing. I feel so much stronger and have more energy. They also do nutrition challenges and planning so you can become the best version of yourself.
