Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better resolution. I may have jumped the gun a little bit by comparing Biff's to every other national chain gym because, obviously, they were willing to reach out to multiple people to apologize and get things right. Planet or Gold's Gym wouldn't have done that for us. My feelings on the gym itself haven't really changed since my first review. I never had issues with the equipment and the employees were friendly and respectful. And as previously stated, my wife really did love the in-person classes and misses her trainers like crazy. Overall, expect a quick turnaround on service related issues, an owner that shows a willingness to go above and beyond for his customers, and a clean and well maintained gym.
