I pulled up & immediately they took the keys & got straight to work. Amazed at how quick & precise technician was. I will definitely return w/ any other services needed. Thanks Again! A++++

I finally found a auto repair company that does business the way it should be done!…read moreHonest, fast, polite! They will now be our household's new place for auto repair and upkeep. Our Nissan rogue flashed a warning that there was no oil in the car and to pull over immediately. Which we did. We were confused because there didn't seem to be any oil leaks, and the oil plug looked like it was still in place. (my husband neglected to tell me he stopped checking the fluid levels monthly.) As our previous auto mechanic closed his shop, we hadn't had a chance to find a new one. So we looked on yelp and noticed clutch auto was only a few miles away although they seemed fairly new. They had only a couple reviews, but they were positive. So I decided to give them a try and called them and made an appointment for the same day and had the car towed to them. They did a full inspection and did not see anything wrong with the oil other than it needed it. They suggested an oil change however their inspection showed that there was some work that needed to be done on the suspension I requested photos however they had already taken them, which really impressed me seconds later they sent me a full report, including photos showing what needed to be repaired and why. By the end of the day, all the work was done. And I picked it up the next morning. I'm really impressed that they did NOT try to say other work needed to be done, as most other places would. Instead they were honest and explain that they would consider the suspension was in the yellow zone needing to be done soon, but could be put off a little bit if necessary. The cost for a full synthetic oil change was much less than five minute oil, However, I asked if they had a senior citizen discount they did not however they did have a 10% off first time customer discount, which brought the full job (oil change/suspension work) significantly in price.

I brought the engine of my 2014 Santa Fe to him on 02/6/26. After a month of no updates or phone calls, My husband drove to the shop to see the progress. Tony said they just needed to put it back together and the parts were there and just needed to be cleaned. (Used parts). We expressed our concerns about him installing used parts which was not part of the agreement/ quoted price. Mon 3/16/26 9:04am he said Engine ready. I picked it up a few hours later paid $2,500 in cash after negotiating the used parts concern and had it installed the next day. Mon 6/1/26 it started making a knocking noise in the engine and shut off on me at an intersection. I sent him a video with the sound and he replied "don't drive, bring it in" I had it towed to him at my expense same day. 6/5/26 I reached out to find out the diagnosis of the vehicle where in fact the engine went bad. Spoke with his Wife to negotiate a refund and she could not give me a refund because the shop doesn't have the funds to reimburse me. I will be taking legal action.
