I'd give ZERO stars if I could! Keep reading..... End of May of this year I took my 06 Dodge Cumins there for a battery cable repair. I left the broken one on the floor board. Even explained to Jesse which one it was. The next day I went to pick up my truck and the check engine light was on and they replaced the WRONG cable. So I left it another night and they fixed the 2nd cable free of charge (I already paid almost $500 for the other one). My truck has a tow package but no ball because it won't fit in my garage with the ball on it. When I went to pick it up I noticed a BALL HITCH ON MY TRUCK AND JESSE WAS TAKING TIE DOWNS AND ADDITIONAL HITCHES FROM THE BED OF MY TRUCK. I asked what was going on. Jesse said a friend needed a trailer moved. He told his friend he had to test drive a clients truck. I asked if he used my truck to move his friend's trailer. JESSE SAID YES!!! HE USED MY TRUCK FOR PERSONAL SERVICES AND BURNED 1/8 TANK OF FUEL!!!!!! Don't take your vehicles here. Since Jordan left it is a differentplace. She must have held this place together....and kept Jesse to a standard. So disappointing.

Global Auto Repair in Tolleson is, in my experience, the best auto repair shop in the area. I say…read morethis having been to five different shops over the years. They don't have a fancy website, or even a dedicated email address and texting system. Nor do they provide elaborate diagnostic spreadsheets to customers electronically. It's old school all the way. No frills. Dial their phone number, tell them your problem and drop-off your vehicle. They don't do appointments. Despite these 21st century shortcomings I've had nothing but positive experiences at Global and that's saying a lot considering the charlatans that exist in the auto repair industry. I've taken three cars there over the years and while there has always been a lengthy turn-around, I've never been nickeled and dimed with bill-bloating diagnostics or exorbitant shop supply fees. You bring it in, they give you a quote, they solve the issue and deliver the vehicle for the price agreed upon. I can't say enough good things about Global. I only wish they were closer.

Byron had my truck for nearly 2 months to install a dashboard, fix a lift gate and airbreak leak…read more He did a good job on the dashboard despite lying to me on multiple occasions about completion date and really bad communication. My lift gate was bandaided and not fixed whatsoever. The lift gate leaks like crazy from a bad cap that was not replaced , also the solenoids were not mounted to the bracket inside the pump box but instead just placed in there to move around when the lift gate gets pushed causing the wires to touch and short out. I would highly avoid this shop if you need your truck back in a timely manner, want any type of communication or want your truck actually fixed correctly not just bandaided and thown together. I've messaged and called after and no answer.

Doug and Byron both helped me and were incredibly understanding. When I dropped off my car, they reassured me that it was in good hands and promised to reach out once they had an answer. As a female, I sometimes feel that mechanics might take advantage of my lack of car knowledge and overcharge me, but that wasn't the case here. Their prices were very reasonable, and they even offered to work with me if I couldn't afford the cost, which I really appreciated. I received a text with a detailed explanation of what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done, along with a full price breakdown. When I arrived, they took the time to explain and show me the issues with my car, which most places wouldn't bother to do. I will definitely be coming back for any future car needs. It's reassuring to know I have a trustworthy and reliable place to go!

Yet they wanted me to go back on a separate trip to give them "parts money" after I'd already dropped off the car. And later, the actual total bill was less than 25% parts but they wanted 75% of the money. Basically wanted to be paid before the job was done. And it'a a nice car so they knew I was coming back for it. After I returned again to get the car, i realized the exhaust tips were totally misaligned. They fixed that. I asked if the brakes worked good ? Was it test driven ? They said yes to both questions. They had done a brake job. As soon as I pulled out, the brakes were horrible. They obviously didn't bleed it. On top of all this, they forgot to reconnect the speed sensor to the transmission. Another shop had to reconnect it for me. On this visit, the owner was rude and got very agitated when I asked basic questions about the bill. But the biggest problem is that he's not the person turning the wrenches. And apparently the employees are lower skilled than in the past. You're getting underpaid apprentices who cut corners, but you're paying expert labor rates.

It appears this location has moved to Indian school in 19th Ave…read more I'm writing this review to warn others about my extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this shop. I brought my 2003 BMW 330i here in June 2024 for what was supposed to be basic repairs -- specifically, cooling system and head gasket work. Since then, my car has been sitting at their shop for over four months, and I've had little to no communication or updates unless I reached out first. Every time I called, I got different excuses: delays, missing parts, storms, mechanic out sick, etc. Weeks went by between messages. They repeatedly gave completion dates that were never met. The shop also sent updates to someone else involved in my payment process instead of contacting me directly, the actual car owner. When I finally went to the shop myself, I found my car in terrible condition:     *    Engine completely removed and left open to the elements     *    Window left down, causing rain and water damage to my interior     *    Hood missing, engine bay dirty, food cups sitting under the hood area     *    Interior full of dust and debris     *    No sign of real progress after months This was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. My vehicle was in much better condition when I dropped it off. It feels like the car was neglected and damaged while in their care. They never provided a legitimate diagnostic report, no repair timeline, no clear written warranty, and their "invoice" looked unofficial and didn't even match the shop name. Communication has been inconsistent and evasive. After months of waiting, damage to my car, and total lack of accountability, I had no choice but to contact the BBB as well as an attorney I rarely write reviews, but I don't want anyone else going through this. Be careful leaving your car here -- especially for major work. They've shown poor communication, zero professionalism, and no respect for customers or their vehicles.
