The ATM malfunctioned and trapped both my debit card and my cash inside the machine. Ted was lazy, slow, and showed no sense of urgency. He didn't offer any helpful support numbers, didn't make any effort to assist me, and didn't even offer to put an out-of-service sign on the ATM to prevent the same thing from happening to someone else. I wasn't expecting him to repair the ATM himself. I was expecting basic customer service, empathy, and someone willing to help during an incredibly stressful situation. Instead, I felt completely dismissed and disrespected. Ted's problem-solving, customer service, communication, and leadership skills, especially as someone in a management position, were absolutely horrible and severely lacking. A manager should be able to communicate effectively, take initiative, and make a genuine effort to help resolve a customer's problem. Based on my experience, I genuinely don't understand how someone with such poor customer service and leadership skills is in a management position.

I needed corn and a fella was stocking it. He was just that perfect amount of friendly and enjoying doing his job. The produce really seemed extra fresh. The self check setup is way better than many other stores and even the parking lot was far less of a mess. I had a lot of errands that day so something like actually getting an ADA spot is a welcome change when you experience enough stops where this is not the case and I was already exhausted.

Hall's General Store is what it sounds like and what my first review was mainly on so this time I'm going to focus on Hal's Emporium side of the business. It is more crafts and gift side with a discount item section in the back. You have to experience Hal's Emporium to full appreciate review. All I can really say is that you'll save a lot of money and find really interesting stuff at both stores. It is well worth stopping in and browsing about. To the lady at the counter, who was doing nothing except looking at the ceiling, she snapped at me that I should have seen the box on the screen. I explained. I thought I checked it and was very sorry. The lady reluctantly grabbed the receipt, checked the order and said I had not messed up. I apologized and left came back an hour later, asking. The exact same lady if I could.Please get my photos to which she replied.Oh , we closed a half an hour ago , even though it was 2 to 3 hours until the photo center closed , and she had Had been the same worker who had seen my receipt an hour before and chose to say nothing regarding my pickup time nothing about closing Soon and told me to come back in the morning she was rude. She was snappy, had no customer service. Obviously thought that she did not need to be doing her job did not need to be helping the customers and had anywhere else better to be than there.
