Celia at the front desk was very helpful when I was filling out my insurance info and paperwork. When I did my eye exam with Dr. Robert, he was so helpful and so patient with me and was very informative on different options. Out of all the optometrists that I have seen in the past, he has been the best one I've gone to. I can tell that he really cares about his patients and I am so glad that I found this place through my work. After I got my eyes dilated, I hung out a little bit and looked through glasses trying to find ones that fit my face. I am very petite and I have a very small face, and I always get glasses in the kids section. The person working that evening was so patient with me and so very helpful. I wish I got her name, but she had short curly hair and it was brownish blonde I think. I felt like she went above and beyond to help me find frames that sit comfortably on my face. I didn't feel rushed at all. She even went to the back a few times to try to find other pairs that might fit me. Overall, I had the best experience here and will most likely come back for my future eye exams. I love the staff and I love how they made me feel comfortable and cared for.

After my last two very positive experiences, I need to update my review and give a full five stars…read more Scheduled for a colonoscopy (no fun) my doctor called in a prescription for a low volume liquid cleanse because I am physically not able to drink the gallon of the typical cleanse. Of course my insurance didn't cover the low volume so my cost was $185. Crazy! For something I will drink and literally s* down the toilet! The attendant worked with me to find coupons dropping the price down to $154.99. Still ridiculous. She then suggested I call the GI office as often they have the exact same product, samples given to them by the company. Sure enough, they had the product and gave it to me for free. Thank you! Wish I remembered the name of the person who helped me. I did call the pharmacy to thank them in person. The rep who answered said they would look at the notes on my account and make sure the rep received the proper kudos for going above and beyond. On another visit, the rep filled a prescription while I waited because my online pharmacy had failed to send my daily medication leaving me without meds for five days. Not only did she bump my order to the front of the line, she updated my account so that my meds now come in bottles that I can actually open with my arthritic hands. Both experiences changed my perspective on this Fred Meyer Pharmacy on NE Weidler. Yes, the lines are still long! But the customer service is personalized and exemplary.

Some companies will pay this fee as part of your health benefits but honestly even if they don't, I think it is worth it. I only recently signed up (so I would be happy to update this review later) and haven't used all of these services but the availability of appointments has been huge.
