Each time after waiting 10 minutes, I would get a message on the app that said there was a delay in bringing my order out. After 15 minutes new message on app "will be out shortly". After 20-25 minutes new message saying that due to high demand they cannot bring my order out to my car, that I have to cancel the curbside pickup and go into the store and find the order pickup counter and get my order there. The last visit I called the store and was told that everyone was busy doing other things and didn't have time to take an order out to a car. I explained about trouble walking and was told "too bad" "that's your problem, not ours". I came home and cancelled the order and will buy it from Kohls instead. Very poor service. If they don't have people for curbside pickup, then they shouldn't offer it.
