If I had to point out a couple things that could improve, I'd say the butter chicken could have a little more richness and depth of flavor compared to some others I've had. Also, the service could be a bit more attentive. A few of the workers were standing around chatting, and even when trying to make eye contact, we had to raise our hands to get someone's attention. We got the spice picked platter, papadum, mattar paneer, paneer pakora, onion Bhaji, garlic naan, he was able to customize a paneer tikka masala for us. The garlic naan was the best, he has one of the authentic stoves where you place it in the middle of the clay and it cooks, you get to see it as he's making it, which was really cool.
