Amazing vegan foods. We ordered the nacho for appetizer, the sauce was so delicious and great way to start out the meal. For main course, we got 6 different things plus a pizza to go, probably way too much foods for 4 people but the leftover was much appreciated even though we stayed at an all inclusive resort. Our least two fav was the pizza Margarita and the tamale. Pizza didn't have pizza sauce and wasn't crunchy, tamale was a little tough. Most favorite was the dessert. It was to die for. My first impression about this place was very good. Started off with the chilaquiles and those were amazing. And so was the omega choco. Thats a must try. But from then on the rest off the items were either average of below average. Cafe latte and Tacos al pastor were ok. Plus they added pineapple to the tacos, though the menu didn't mention about it. And the last was Mexitofu, where in the beans were a bit too dry and the tofu scramble had a overpowering taste of raw turmeric as if it was added on top. Personally i love turmeric and use it for cooking as well, but this was clearly not done right! The service was good, they speak english, accept ceedit cards, nice ambience and clean restrooms. Again the only putoff was the server reminding me twice that the bill didn't include tips. I always add a tip, but to keep repeating it feels like you are being forced to do it. We have found it much easier to eat vegan on this visit to Cancún than it was 4 years ago. Vegan Planet is one of the restaurants that met the mark for our culinary adventures. As a family we ordered Margherita & Americana Pizzas, "alfredo" pasta with mushrooms and broccoli, al pastor tacos, & Cesar salad. The Margherita was my favorite, while my wife and daughter fell in love with the Alfredo. My other daughter lover her Americana pizza with peppers, onions, tomatoes & mushrooms. The al pastor tacos and Cesar were good, but not as stand-our as the other items. They use self made but cheeses and caShew cream for their "dairy", so the food is rich and delusions. On of the employees at our hotel told me, after the fact, that the hot dog and nachos were her favorite. The food was super yummy and the price was exceptionally reasonable for Cancún. I highly recommend this restaurant...and they deliver to the hotel zone ($60 pesos for delivery & $600 pesos min order)! We will certainly return:D read more

This place is amazing!! Found out it was a short .4 mile walk from our Airbnb, and make the trek there 3 times in 2 days. So incredibly awesome. It truly was a great find. Thank god for a healthy, flavorful and authentic Mexican/vegan restaurant. I ordered the raw falafel tacos for breakfast and my boyfriend got the pancakes. Both were SO GOOD and flavorful. I also had the vampire juice, and he had the pineapple orange and ginger juice. Dinner we both had the pina and passionfruit juice. I had the alkaline salad and he had the avocado and mango salad. Both super healthy, they do put dressing on the salad as well on the side so take note of that. We got the sinful chocolate dessert to go as well as the American pita pizza. Dude. The chocolate cake was soooooo moist and almost had a pudding filling on the inside. The pizza was KILLER- so flavorful and the macadamia nut cheese on top really was wonderful and had a melty texture to it. Today we stopped again for breakfast.. We ordered the superfrapucinno which was amaaaazing. And I mistakingly ordered the raw tacos again- thought I was ordering something else but was pleasantly surprised to see the raw tacos again. My BF ordered the fuego burrito which was definitely spicy but super tasty. To go I ordered the macadamia nut cheesecake which was really friggin good. Damn, I sound like a fatty haha, but when you find really awesome food, ya gotta eat it up. The only thing I wasn't super stoked on was some macadamia nut cookies that I bought... Not only the best vegan option in Cancun, but a must have restaurant period while on vacation. Chef Miguel seems to have mastered the use of all the local organic foods the area has to offer. I had the vegan hot dog with Limón Chia drink and an extra order of fries on the side. The fries are really delicious fresh cut potato wedges drizzled with inthink lime and a non spicy Chile powder. The hot dog was good, but could pack more punch in the flavor department. Would definitely recommend but I think I was lacking the texture of a real hot dog which is moreso a personal issue than a critique of the food. I also tried the vegan chocolate cookies which I refrigerated and didn't really enjoy. Idk if it was because they were cold but they tasted dry. Many great options to choose from. The hot dog is of the cheapest entrees at 75/85 pesos I can't fully recall but it comes with a drink for free. The cookies were 60 pesos and extra fries were about 50 pesos. read more

This place is incredible! Everything on the menu is vegan and delicious and some items are raw as well. We tried the hot dog, which I believe is made from scratch with yummy ingredients. We also tried the nachos, the tex mex burrito, a carnitas torta, a burger, original cheesecake, cinnamon pastry, concha sweet bread (traditional mexican sweet bread), lemonade, Indian nut milk, and a few other drinks, all of which were super yummy! There is no doubt that this place is beyond amazing! The cheesecake alone was the best vegan cheesecake I have ever tried and I've tried a lot of vegan cheesecakes (all in the United States). Wow where do I start. Walking in , great place clean n nice, good atmosphere! We saw the reviews online and wanted to see if it really was that good. We sat down and the executive chef named Miguel approached our table to greet us He speaks perfect English and Spanish! Very nice dude. The whole menu looked great. Truly heaven for a vegan! This place is so amazing that I dined here twice in one day. The smoothies are delicious. I had the falafel sandwich for lunch and the portobello sandwich for dinner. Both had great flavor and very filling. Also tried the chocolate cake and the cheesecake. Wow! Both desserts were fantastic, flavor and texture were outstanding. The waiter, Cesar, was very friendly and helpful with the items on the menu and also in making suggestions. I was also fortunate enough to meet the chef.
