Your employee wandered around my house avoiding the AC. You told me 'All I do is complain' on the phone and that you personally had spoken directly to your employee to give instructions on what to do. You intend to threaten me to 'take down a review' now ? Charming company. You're not losing any business from one review. You are capable of doing things right. You did 4 years ago. Clearly something has changed. I'm sorry for that. I simply said I'll find someone else to attend to my AC. Saul was was detailed oriented, accountable, and accommodating. They did not rush the work, and focused on quality and doing it right. Your response Issac was a complete joke and filled with lies. Your company does not stand bye your words and your company is quick to push blame on someone else. Your company is unprofessional, does not value the customer nor do you take responsibility for the workers you send out. Being the owner you should have taken the time to come and personally see the work that is being representing your company but, you did not come out once. The work they tried to fix in my restroom is horrible as you can see I. The pictures, I did not even include the photo of my tub that was chipped from your workers. I sent pictures to Ben and neither did he come out and see the work being done. Not only did you not fix my roof your company also messed up my bathroom walls, paint and tub. It's a shame you do not stand behind your company and look to blame others, shame on you and your team. Another unsatisfied customer and I do not doubt there will be others in the future. Issac you are so quick to blame it on the solar company and they did come out and stand by their work there is no solar where the roof is still leaking. You can't even take responsibility for the substandard repairs to the inside of my house that was due to your companies negligence in the first place. All I am asking is for you to fix the roof like I paid for in the first place, instead of taking blame. As the owner of the company you should be working with the customer and since there was so many negligent things your company did during this roof job, it would have been nice to have the owner come out and see the damage for himself. I have plenty more videos and pictures showing the rain coming through the house even before the solar was installed so by you saying it's the solar company's fault is false. Your company never fixed the roof from leaks in the first place and now you are just pushing the blame on the solar company. Ron came out for the initial inspection - friendly, knowledgeable and straight-forward. No fluff or tried over-selling me anything. Ordered a new system in the middle of heat-wave with a team ready for installation next day. Didn't plan on ordering a new system, but after Ron showing me different warning signs and red flags on my old system, and his flexibility on financing the project, my wife and I decided to move forward with SoCal Green. Saul and his team (2 other assistants) arrived next day. His team was very meticulous, took great effort to make sure installation was done correctly. Ron reached out periodically throughout the day to check with us, always making himself available for any concerns or issues. They ran into some issues in the furnace closet (the new unit was taller than my old one) but they made some modification so that the furnace sits perfectly in the closet now. His team exited the site professionally, cleaning the area ready for use. There was even a moment where Saul had to leave for Home Depot to replace our condenser pump (the plan was to continue using our former one) but after testing it, it no longer worked. Saul said he likes to do things properly and right, even if it costs time. This is what integrity looks like folks! Ruben came out and inspected my decades old HVAC system and gave me a subsequent quote for replacing my torn air ducts, installing a central air purifier, replacing my old clogged vents, and cleaning my furnace and outdoor AC unit. After two conversations with Dusty who was polite and friendly, she led me to believe she understood the job was to clean a Wolf stove ducts above it through the attic. She promised several times to call back but never did. The seven times I called to get an appointment, a different person from aparently a different company answered and had to ask way to many question to get back to Dusty. On the end, a cleaner showed up for an estimate and immediate work but said they don't do that. And when I called again and asked for a supervisor or Dusty, the rep was aggressive and hang up on me. read more

I recently had some major electrical work done and after it was completed my AC stopped working correctly. I called SoCal Green HVAC and they sent Ron the next morning. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, succinctly telling me what he thought was wrong and what my options were. He diagnosed it as an electrical problem and had two of his other specialists come in to confirm this. He then waited around for the original electricians to come back and worked with them all day to fix the problem. I found everyone (particularly Ron) to be amazingly professional and friendly. He even took a few minutes to play with my kids while we waited for the electricians to show up. Our AC stopped working out of the blue and I called to have someone come take a look that day to inspect. Ron arrived very quickly and determined that our furnace was so old and caked with dust that it was going to need either a heavy-duty cleaning and possibly multiple part repairs, or a full replacement. He gave us multiple options to move forward we ended up selecting full replacement after a second inspection indicated that it was possible that replacing individual parts piecemeal would very likely end up being more expensive than just putting in a brand new one. On the day of the work, the team showed up on time at the very beginning of the estimated window, and the work was completed with a minimum of fuss and, despite needing to bring in additional materials outside of the initial estimate. Ron and his team installed a new AC unit to replace an old failed one. Originally I felt like this was done as well as it should, but a month later there are issues with the overall system that I feel they should have told me about. Although they only replaced the AC and installed new ducts, there were a few red flags on the heater they should have known about. Also, there were a few items they installed or came in contact with that a second HVAC co pointed out were not to code or improperly installed. A new heater is now being installed to match the new AC unit and all aforementioned issues being fixed and brought to current code. So, in retrospect, I am disappointed that the job was not done more thoroughly at the start. read more

I have had my AC not working correctly for many years and this heatwave was the worse. I had so many people come to look at my air CA system and had so many telling me that nothing was wrong with my system or even to tell me I needed a new one because this was not working. I Called out Socal green Hvac as my AC wasnt working correctly, after no testing i was told there was a leak in the system but not sure where but more than likely in the coils which was leaking freon and my system was shutting off due to the the system detecting a lack of freon in the system and that my system was very old and i needed a complete new unit for $6800, I called another place for a 2nd opinion, within 5 mins of the engineer taking a look i'm told i have no leak, the system has no Low freon cut off and that my system had too much freon, The system was only 6 years old so its still covered under warranty which was clearly marked on the panel and the fan needed to be replaced, $600 later my system is working better than ever. My gas furnace was not working properly and I had an American Home Shield HVAC contracted technician sent to my home to diagnose and fix the problem. The technician tried hard to figure out the problem but in the end he could not repair it or offer a solution to the problem. I called SoCal Green HVAC and within 2 days the company sent out a manager/technician named Ron. He thoroughly evaluated my system and explained in language I could understand that the furnace was nearly 30 years old and needed to be replaced because replacing parts may or may not repair the old furnace and it might be wasted time and money. He also checked the A/C system and he said it was working fine and only recommended a new furnace. He gave me a fair price and within 3 days, he and Saoul another technician had the furnace installed and running wonderfully. I would definitely recommend SoCal Green HVAC for your Heating and Air Conditioning system needs. read more

I'm so happy I found SoCal Green HVAC! Seriously! My condo unit's fan motor went kaput and the system is 23 years old so it was hard finding a replacement part. I had a different company first come look and say they couldn't find a replacement motor and they strongly recommend replacing the entire system for $9K. Uhm yeah hold that thought while I get a second opinion. I contacted about 5 different companies and SoCal was the quickest response and were able to get out for a free estimate the next day. Ruben came by and explained everything to me and went over different options (replacing the motor vs replacing only the air handler vs replacing the entire system). The air handler was badly corroded and leaking so I only wanted to replace that but they gave a detailed estimate that was broken out by line item. I ended up just replacing the air handler and it was cheaper than the other companies quoted. The entire process from scheduling the estimate to approving the work to completing the job only took a few days. My AC has never worked better. Michelle was great to work with; she coordinated all the work, communicated through the entire process, and they were accommodating with my schedule. When I end up needing to replace the rooftop condensing unit, I'll for sure reach out to SoCal Green to do that work too! read more
