So I said I'd come in sick with a mask on to my appointment in order for them not to charge a cancellation fee. They said I couldn't come into my appointment either because I'm sick. So basically they won't let me go to my appointment, but they also won't waive the fee for keeping me out for being sick. Wtf? These people are seriously unprofessional and rude. Any other salon would've understood and simply waive the fee like a real business who treats their customers well.
