I had my eyebrows threaded by a woman who listened to what I wanted and provided the service I asked for. Today, I did not receive that service. I asked for a clean up only. I also want to mention that when she used the bathroom, she did not wash her hands that long. Normally i don't notice these things, but it was just like she turn the water on, wet her hands then turned it off. That is probably not a good sign to let someone keep touching my eyes... but I was already upset.

The shape, technique, and overall finish are beautiful and very well done. What impressed me even more is how well they lasted. My nails stayed on for over a month and a half with zero lifting, even through very active travel, swimming, surfing, doing dishes, opening cans, etc.. That level of durability is rare and really speaks to the quality of her work. On top of that, all of the employees were incredibly kind and welcoming. They offered me tea during my appointment, and when I was leaving, they even offered to walk me to my car with an umbrella since it was sprinkling.
