I only knew the lashes were not going to lash as she got right into it without cleansing my eye area to remove oils. I said nothing. The process was relaxing. She lashed my entire right eye then removed the tape before moving into the left. The lashes looked great and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and rebook a two week. Unfortunately, I will not be returning since my lashes weren't cleaned and prepped in the beginning they didn't stay well. They were nice for about a week. :( I will not be back.

First, the place is not properly equipped for the services they are offering. Instead of moving equipment appropriately, they moved us while our eyes were closed and our faces were already covered with product, which felt very unprofessional. During the facial, both Jessica and another worker named Deep continuously tried to sell us additional services while working on our faces. They made a lot of promises about what they would do, but in reality, the facial consisted mostly of light massage. A gel was applied and we were told it needed to sit for 20 minutes, but it was removed in less than 5 minutes. They also spoke in their own language throughout the service while working on us, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The service felt rushed. When I checked the time, the entire facial took less than 30 minutes, nowhere near the 45 minutes to an hour that was promised. Overall, it felt like their main goal was to push more services and take your money, not to provide quality care or earn repeat customers. To make matters worse, when I got home and checked my eyebrows, they weren't even done evenly. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for quality service, professionalism, or honesty.

First of all, a 50% deposit is required in order to book the appointment. I had no problem with that but didn't realize until after that I had chosen the wrong date due to the date being so small in font. I received a confirmation that showed a date that was further out than I desired and wanted to cancel right away but there was no option to. I responded to the email, calendar invite, and sent a text all stating that I needed to cancel the appointment right away. At this point my appointment should have been cancelled and pending deposit charge should have been cancelled as well. It was not. Instead she responded argumentatively and told me that she would cancel but I had to wait (and so does my deposit) until the following week whenever she was back in salon. While the amount of those funds may seem trivial to some, to others they are not. For me this disconnection and the way it was handled is unprofessional and inconsiderate to the client. Doesn't really make me want to even give the service a chance.
