Nice art gallery on La Brea we didn't know about! They just opened a cool exhibition dedicated to the Ghana made movie posters so we had to go and check out the outrageous art! It is the biggest one we had so far in Los Angeles focused on this quirky art form! Nice, big gallery. Friendly staff. Big gift shop, they only take card! Prices are high, the items are pretty cool. Nice merchandise! Clean restroom! Metered parking in front. 2 hours parking on side streets. Open from 11 am to 6 pm. Too bad it's closed on Sundays. Same for Mondays! Otherwise, cool and nice art gallery, free to visit. They display more contemporary art, street art. That's their vibe!

Nice art gallery. Popped in for the Shepard Fairey exhibit. Great space, convenient location with metered street parking. The exhibit was nicely curated and the gift store and staff were great.

Came here for the Shepard Fairey exhibition, which did not disappoint! Excellent gallery with easy street parking and free admission.

Great street art oriented gallery in La Brea. Always a roster of new exhibits and shows plus is very community driven which is a plus.

This past weekend I came for the Art Bazaar show (Feb 1&2 2025). It featured some GREAT artists, I came to support Alex Pardee. It was my first visit to Beyond The Streets, and it will not my last - I'll keep an eye out to see what other shows they have. This one was curated really well. Plus, the gift shop is filled with gems, lots of killer books. This is the spot to find the perfect gift for someone that is hard to buy for. I found a great skate deck book that I grabbed, 1000 Skate Boards Universe. The staff was super helpful and I enjoyed my visit.

And yes, I will sound prissy in some of my reasons. I am a huge priss. Can't say that I like that about myself! Pros 1. Beautiful lofts, with upstairs loft space. (Not just a big box.) 2. Brick walls and exposed pipes. Gorgeous! 3. Laundry w/in units. 4. Good sized pool compared to others we've seen in DTLA. 5. Nicely designed community areas. 6. Easy access to parking. Parking price included in rent. 7. Easy access to mailboxes. 8. Amazing gym, as the owner is a personal trainer. 9. Almost built a restaurant/market on-site. Wish that went through. It may still.. may still? 10. Urth Caffe right around the corner. 11. Gun Range next door! 12. Overall great artsy feeling. 13. Anthony. Insert Shout out to Anthony - He's the man who showed us around. He's amazing. He in himself was a huge selling point! We also got to meet the owner. Nice small community/neighborhood feel. Cons for me 1. Didn't really see many people in walking around the place. It was a Saturday afternoon and no one was using the pool or the community area. Made me feel lonely. 2. Really quiet community. 3. Views outside of windows aren't that great. 4. Didn't like driving up to the place. In the factory part of DTLA. Seems cool, but it felt lonely to me. 5. Refrigerators not provided. (small thing. really.) 6. Kind of pricey for what you get. (but I could also say that for all the lofts we've seen.) 7. Even though it's really not that far from DTLA and Little Tokyo, it seemed like it was.

They take care of the buildings and are on your side, a lot of people stay there for many years and I'm sure the management is a big part of that. The place is quiet and people who live there are nice and friendly. I worked from home and found it perfect for me. The area is great and getting better, never felt like the neighborhood was bad, and the secure parking is huge in downtown.

We definitely plan on returning, hopefully next year around the same time. We were a group of 37 employees. We used an entire floor, as well as plenty of breakout rooms for group or individual meetings. The kitchen space worked well, we ate a lot of meals there. The location is very convenient, right in the downtown area near restaurants, hotels and more! Thank you again Foundr Space!!! Best, Amelia

The bathrooms, the co workspace and the kitchen are always clean. I've had minimal user error with the free printer that is provided and I enjoy being able to look out and see Pasadena City Hall from afar. Furthermore, the staff have been supportive, energetic and happy to help me whenever I have questions. For that matter Jeremy is THE MAN! Always helpful and always able to solve my issues. I'm very thankful that I decided to move away from working at home and start work at FoundrSpace. Because I really need home to be home and a place to work to feel more like work than a room in my home. I don't think that people have figured that out yet, but I know they will soon and I hope they find this review and find their new work office at FoundrSpace. Anyway, I plan to be here for quite some time, and I look forward to new neighbors that are focused on their businesses and ventures. I just wanted to let others know that this is the place for me and I know it's going to be a great place for more entrepreneurs, start ups and businesses too. Seriously if anybody has any questions, feel free to reach out to me and I'd be happy to answer.

I love all things pink and heart shaped, so I really enjoyed some of the art more than others. Also, just a side note, I'm not into art like that, but I enjoy seeing all the different pieces. I find it very interesting that you can tell what art belongs to a certain artist, even if the pieces are in separate rooms. The staff was great and let you enjoy the art at your leisure.

If you didn't know her work, it's the most fun, colorful and happy art at the intersection of Impressionism, portals and optical illusion, where you squint your eyes and each segment of color is like a pixel in a tapestry of interwoven color and texture. The vibe was amazing ing and I just had to go see this art and support this artist. I arrived and found an entire treasure trove of fascinating art by dozens of artists. Each style is unique and well worth coming by. Imagine walking through a museum of the most amazing only talented artists and all the art is for sale. I bought two pieces. One of Shiri's of course. The art is reasonably priced and there are many different sizes. I highly recommend Artspace Warehouse for some of the best talent in the L.A. art world. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful and full of knowledge about each and every artist, the types of art and our chats were so chill- no pretentious vibes here. Just joy. This was really a thrill to see locals, families choosing art for their homes, and people like me who came a bit of a distance to share the art experience here. I highly recommend Artsoace warehouse.

This restaurant is set in the Hauser and Wirth art Gallery complex and since we got there early we toured the front gallery with an incredible assist from a docent named Michael who pointed out the most incredible pieces and steered us to the gallery at the back of the complex behind Manuela's. Both galleries are worth exploring. THE GENERATIVE UNIVERSE In the main gallery, there was an exhibition of one artist work: Keith Tyson. His work begins from the belief that the universe operates as a single generative system--a continuously shifting causal network in which forms arise, transform and dissolve. Originally trained as an engineer, Tyson was an early practitioner of generative art, often approaching artmaking through the logic of systems and natural processes, allowing a blend of chance, material behavior, mathematics and intuition to shape the outcome. The work was thought provoking and with the help of Michael the docent/guard, we learned the importance of the work moving from the natural world to the blend with technology to the technological.
