    So today I went to the Apple Store Highpoint with my friend as his MacBook Pro had developed…read moreseveral faults and AppleCare had organised an appointment to verify the issues and for the store to organise the return and refund of the defective device. The first staff member who assisted us was very helpful and verified the issue and approved the return, We were then handed over to another staff member to carry out the return. For some unknown reason, they were unable to do the return on their system despite having the correct receipts and order numbers, they then advised us that we would have to come back on a weekday between 9-5 as they needed to get customer relations to do the return. The store advised me to try calling the Apple Online store whilst I was still there, upon calling the online store they advised this would have to be done by AppleCare. The advisor at AppleCare said we don't need to come back, and spoke to the store staff member and it was agreed that the store should create a repair to capture the MacBook which is a standard practice and customer relations would contact the store to facilitate the return. The staff member agreed with the advisor and then went to a manager to get the approval, the staff member then came back and said the manager refused. We then asked to speak to the manager directly, this was when we had the misfortune of meeting Rheannon. Rheannon then proceeds to loudly belittle my friend and me all while we still had the AppleCare advisor on the phone listening, saying "I'm store leadership and I don't want your laptop here" and then we asked why and she refused to answer, I then asked could we get that in writing for AppleCare, and she laughed and said "I don't need to give you anything" and walked off. We were left shocked, we continued the call with the AppleCare advisor who had heard the entire thing and they said they would sort this out on Monday and that we wouldn't have to deal with the store again as what she heard was disappointing and not the level of service that Apple should provide.
