They then offer to fix their mistakes at "cost price". I have used the services of Victoria Market Communications three times in the last six months. I initially approached them to fixed my damaged screen. I purchased a case on their recommendation. On the same day I dropped my phone on a soft surface and it shattered, I was left with the same issue. I retuned to their shop and they kindly offered to fix it at "cost price". Additionally they offered to add a screen protector and advised me to purchase an additional "shock proof" case (which they should have done on my first visit). Turned my phone over today only to find the screen was completely broken and asked them to fix - they told me this was not their fault. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews.

The only reason they have high reviews is that they offer free screen protectors for Google reviews. I had a cracked screen on my Google Pixel 6a and took it in for what I thought would be a fairly straightforward replacement. Alas. My soul proceeded to leave my body over the course of the next FOUR WEEKS as I traipsed back time and time again to try and get the phone working again after the crappiest workmanship possible. The first screen replacement they did broke the proximity sensor - meaning I couldn't use my phone as an actual phone. Then they stuffed up the fingerprint sensor too. They kept saying "oh your phone will be different after a screen replacement" and mansplaining. What a joke. In the end they agreed they stuffed it up and offered me a crappy bright orange replacement phone. I ended up forking out for a new Samsung elsewhere as I didn't trust that the crap replacement would even work. Probably the worst tech / retail experience I've ever had in my life.
