They sold us an old iPhone 17 under repair masqueraded as a new iPhone 17, And they were lying thorough their teeth. Luckily, they send me the email meant for the first customer who returned the phone read more

My appointment was on time, very helpful and friendly. I enjoy shopping here, all staff are very well trained and always happy and friendly when asked multiple questions. One of the reasons why I buy my phone laptop or other tech from Apple whenever possible. Great after sales service. read more

Apple is known for their quality stores, products and the experience. The products are a bit expensive as you can get good value phones from other companies, but the experience is magical and the products are great. read more
I have been an apple fan ever since my first interactions with technology and the customer service of this store is an absolute cherry on top of the vision that Steve created. Every time I have come to this store, the staff has been very accommodating to my needs and have always solved every problem with a smile (and I mean that in literal terms not just metaphorical) understanding and ease. Being an apple fan I have dealt with all of the other stores in Victoria and I have always found them to make excuses in solving my issues or making that face. So if you want my advice, this store is the way to go with all your needs for apple services. This is probably why the store seems to be cramped with people despite its relatively small size. read more

In fact I do not what to give them any star at all, as we have been ripped off by charging us incorrectly and giving us incorrect product, only to find out when opening the package and checking the invoice after couple of months! Horrible service and incorrect invoicing! I do not know where to complain from them and to be able to get refund for the items that I have been incorrectly charged and paid for? please advise if anyone has ever complain from this poor sly customer service staff? read more

I have been a long term Apple customer. When I bought my most recent laptop I was told by the salesperson at Apple Chadstone, and then later by a customer support person from Apple Support, that I would be eligible for a 12mo extension of my Apple TV+ subscription. This turned out to be false information, and despite there being a recording of my conversation with Apple Support, Apple have refused to extend my subscription read more

Apple are the global best practice retailer. Regardless if you're an Apple fanboi/fangurl or not, you can't fault their retail channel execution. From the minute you walk into the store their focus is on solving the customer's need, whether that be about purchasing a new product or providing support for an existing product. Every time I enter the Chadstone Apple store I am always approached by an Apple staff member within minutes of my stroll around the store to determine how they can assist me. I also love that that the majority of the floor space is full of Apple products that customers can try out and that the staff counter space is minimal and unobtrusive. read more
I've got to say, being an Apple customer for over 10 years, I was hugely impressed by the tech team at the genius bar here. (And I hate going out to the Apple store, prefer to do everything myself or online, but I had gotten desperate). My wife's 2010 MacBook Pro developed a hard drive error, a glitch between OSX and the disk. I tried repairing it through recovery mode, reinstalling OSX, safe mode, single user mode where I could remove some of the defected partition sectors, nothing worked (I'm no expert but know my way around a computer's insides/basic coding). But no avail, the computer just remained hung and never fully launched. So I did what I always dreaded doing.... made an appointment at the genius bar. While sitting there, I overheard a series of other conversations between cients/staff and thought (oh shit, here we go, I'm gonna be treated like an imbecile and charged hundreds of dollars for it). Comments like "Have you tried turning it off/on?" "Did you spill water on it?" etc etc. However, within minutes, Simon (who has a computer science degree) popped out from the back, and introduced himself while getting to work straight away on the computer (I'd given a diagnosis/assessment of the problem over the phone beforehand). He ran several tests/repairs through the ethernet connected to their local servers, and determined the software glitch. I then gave permission to wipe the entire system and reload with El Capitan, which he then did. Twenty minutes later, we left with a clean, brand new computer (almost), and were charged ZERO dollars. I couldn't believe it, and I had my faith in Apple restored. Amazing. Thanks. read more
SOOOO impressed by the clockwork efficiency and friendliness of Apple geniuses at work! My iPhone home button was unresponsive and so I made an appointment with the Genius Bar in Chadstone a couple of days ahead. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they take appointments as early as 8am on weekdays and as late as 8.50pm on late night shopping days (Thursday and Friday). Customer service outlets for other companies have a lot to learn from this! I rocked up at 8am and was greeted promptly (pays to be the early bird!). Tom, the technician who picked up my ticket, was very helpful, very quickly verified the problem with my phone and explained the process of getting it fixed. As the phone was obtained on a Telstra corporate plan, there were no issues claiming the fix through warranty. As some of you may know, everyone in apple stores have iPod touches that they use to communicate and register jobs... All that worked seamlessly! Half an hour later, I left the shop a happy customer with a new home button :) I know the apple store in Chadstone can get a little manic at times. But trust me, get in early and you'll have the most pleasant experience! read more

This place is always full yet because of the ammount of staff on at any one time you will always get served within a couple of minutes. It's a very large store so you can imagine all the products on range from your iPhones all the way to MacBook's, they also have an extensive variety off accessories for your needs. If you need to see them about repairs etc you have to make an appointment online first for there Genius Bar. read more

This is one of the main reasons I continue to buy iPhones! It's amazing to have somewhere to go for any phone, computer or device issue you're having! They have streamlined everything for convenience, you can book an appointment on your phone or laptop with ease. One of the best things is that you can walk in and ask any staff member any question relevant to Apple and they will have a good answer for you. I have never been let down when my phone has had a fault or defect. They have gone through the appropriate processes and in the end my device has either been fixed or replaced without any qualms. The apple store chadstone is my local apple store but I'm sure that all their service qualities are very similar, if you have an apple device don't hesitate to drop by for any reason! read more

This place was crazy!!! Waiting for almost 4.5 hours just to say 'sorry we cannot fix your iphone!!! I will start out by saying that I have appreciated the service they have done for me (replaced graphics card and hard drive for free) however I have had even more problems after getting my computer back than I should have. The first time I got my Mac back, the Ethernet port was damaged as well as the wifi. The second time I got it back, the backlight on the keyboard was broken. Like I said, I am thankful for the bigger issues they solved, but I shouldn't have to keep taking it in for them to fix smaller issues that shouldn't be an issue in the first place. It is a huge inconvenience for me, as a uni student, to keep making time to come in so I have decided to take my business elsewhere to another Apple Store. If you want quick service, go here, but if you want reliable and accurate service, I would suggest going somewhere else. read more

Have now got a Google Pixel Android phone after first being constantly asked to upgrade my iCloud storage in order to back up my phone. Then as if to really make it obvious they didn't want my custom, after upgrading to iOS 10, my iPhone 6 shut itself off with full battery and no warning, then went into a continuous re-boot loop. That was a month ago. After using Apple's Genius Bar in Chadstone for the first time after being an Apple customer for 5 years, I'm almost tempted to go back, and while I may not get a phone, I will get one of their many other products. My Genius Tech Harley, was still very accommodating even after guessing I had gone to the other side, and patiently tried everything he could to bring my phone back to life. He was very friendly and yet professional, even having the capacity to deal with another customer whose time was a bit more limited and was forthright in expressing that. Thanks Harley for your time, I cannot fault the service and will definitely be back at the Apple store, and now will always back up! read more

I feel the need to share this experience as it was in the first part the single worst example of customer service I have been on the end of and in the 2nd part a much better experience if nit somewhat forced due to the fact they were trying to make up for the previous experience. I get very few days off and on a tuesday night my wife's iPad was knocked off the coffee table by the dog, it fell all of 50cm and unfortunately cracked the glass. After a frantic web search we discovered many stories of apple stores being able to help there and then, with this in mind I set off for the chadstone store the following morning (my one day off that week). Upon arriving it became clear it was not a busy day as the number of blue apple t-shirts out numbered the customers at least 2 to 1 yet no one seemed anxious to approach a customer with a damaged iPad. So I approached a girl buried in her staff iPad and requested assistance was told you need an appointment as I tried to explain the situation I was pointed at and told to wait there. She walked off spoke to another blue t-shirt and then never returned as a lady carrying about 6 apple products walked past her and age rushed to that customers aid, I stood forgotten. I aporoached a guy this time also buried in his staff iPad and again requested assistance with my damaged iPad and was told "you need to make an appointment" I asked to make an appointment and was told "you need to do it online" this conversation took place without his eyes leaving his iPad for so much as a second. I was furious and as I left the store asked the blue t-shirt by the door why do you such a high staff to customer ratio "company policy" was the reply. This is a brief summary of that visit the particulars make it immeasurably worse. As a result if this visit I emailed Tim Cook, Apple CEO after finding an email address similar to the one Steve Jobs used to use to communicate with customers. Rhe next morning I recieved a phone call and a big apology and was reassured I would be looked after on my next visit and I'd be sent on my way with an iPad. My next visit was 100% better and everyone was nice and smiled and shook my hand and sure enough a replacement iPad was there for us. The staff ratio was still 2 to 1 with half the staff looking after customers and the other half no doubt doing extremely important work on thier staff iPads or iPhones. Perhaps if they reduced the number of staff on duty there would not be such a someone else will deal with it attitude. I hope the next time I have to visit it is a more positive experience but it's things like this that make shopping online s far more attractive option. read more

After buying through Support Centre online and checking that as I'm disabled and can't stand or sit for long I could get a 1 on 1 tutorial on picking the machine up. Was told, yes I just had to ring & book a time. On ringing the store the first girl told me they wouldn't set my laptop up for me and while I was trying to speak transferred me to Support! I rang the original person I had dealt with, he claimed to have sorted it and assured me if I rang back it would all be ready to set up a time. Wrong. I was told they don't do 1 on 1, never mind a friend who had one not long ago - I tried to explain that in my circumstances after driving an hour to get there, walking to the store I would already be in extreme pain and wouldn't cope with a group course. Stony refusal. Never mind that we've all watched staff members teach people who already have an item or clearly aren't buying for half an hour or more! No empathy, no customer service! To top it off the misleading behaviour started when I could have bought the same items at Myer for less + use a $100 gift card and receive reward points! Now I will be out hundreds of dollars paying for something I was guaranteed was available. To top it off there isn't a group session before I need to use the laptop for a course anyway and insultingly I was told that 'the store fulfilled its responsibilities to the disabled by having wider spaces and providing chairs for some and removing stools for wheelchairs. My condition leaves me in constant pain and my most comfortable position is lying flat due to growths around hips, spine and between. Stony silence. Have contacted Apple through several avenues - also stony silence. I will not buy Apple again after this cruel experience. read more

On Saturday I purchased an iPAD Mini Retina from this store as a replacement for my iPAD 2. But by midday Sunday I realised that even with my glasses, reading the smaller text was giving me a bad headache. I did not think they would allow me to return it as the iPAD was functioning normally - the problem was with me! But I found they were more than happy to replace it with an equivalent iPAD Air model. Even then I expected to have to pay an extra $100 as the Air was that much more expensive. Except that on her initiative the lady dealing with me did a web search of the competitors to see what they were charging for the Air. And she did a price match resulting in my upgrade bill coming down to $49. I was very pleasantly surprised by this. I would recommend this store to anyone! read more

Hi Just wanted to let you know my terrible experience at your Chadstone store by a apple assistant named Nick H. I went in to get my iphone replaced, but he was either helpful or knowledgeable. It ended up been all my data from my old iphone getting erased and could not recover on new phone. Nick did nothing to help, he's product skill was poor, did not know how to use itune in windows.... I hope this feedback is looked into so other customers are not affected by his disgusting attitude. Regards read more
