The service was good, though they do tend to get pretty busy, so be prepared to wait to be served. Once it is your turn though they are fast, and you are out of there quick with your new phone. I also had to return my phone a week later, and they swapped it over as it was faulty.

I'll grab the fairly comprehensive free catalogue. I'll go, sit down, have a coffee and read it. If there is anything I'm interested in, I return to the shop and depending on how busy it is, I'll buy it. When you've got the service people's attention, everything is pretty good. They're nice and chatty, reasonably efficient and do a pretty good job. I've got no complaints in this. On the other hand, if you're waiting, you might be waiting for a good while. This place isn't unique in that regard, in fact most mobile places are like it, but it still sucks to be standing there for an eternity.
