Using virgin mobile for the first time and never experienced such bad billing practice by a carrier. First month they charge something from vine which was never used . Took ages to get this reversed. I asked for vibe to be remove so that such thing does not happen again. Then this month, more charges for something I don't even recognize. Really crazy. Same issue with their airline. I have stopped using virgin for business flights. Less reliable and their attendants.... well I prefer the more professional team at an alternate airline. read more
