Luckily, he has a great social media presence, and the second he announced he was joining Santé, I immediately called to make an appointment for my hair concerns after feeling disappointed with the care and recommendations I'd received from previous dermatologists. I'm from the area, so having him be so close in Naperville compared to having to go out to Chicago was the cherry on top. I had actually never heard of Santé before, so Dr. Ibrahim completely put them on the map for me. From the very first phone call, I was greeted by the sweetest staff, and they continue to be absolute angels every time I visit. That seems to be the common theme here, everyone is so warm, friendly, and genuinely seems to love what they do. The staff, nurses, and doctors have all been wonderful. As I mentioned, my main reason for seeing Dr. Ibrahim was hair loss after he came highly recommended by another doctor I deeply trust. From the moment he walked into the room, it felt like you were talking to a friend who genuinely cares about you. He's personable, funny, incredibly educated, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He prescribed me oral minoxidil (hallelujah! no more crusty hair) along with spironolactone, which were the two treatments I was really hoping to discuss. It's only been two weeks of consistently taking the medications, but I already feel hopeful. He answered every question I had and explained the scientific reasoning behind each medication and why they work well together, which made me feel even more confident knowing he's thoughtful and intentional with his treatment plans. Since I already had an appointment with one of the most talented and highly sought-after derms in the state, I also asked him to take a look at my previous lip filler work because I felt like my lips were slightly uneven and I was starting to feel crazy for noticing things other people didn't. He immediately confirmed my suspicions and was able to correct and balance everything out perfectly. Now I have the most natural-looking, yet still full lips of my dreams, and I genuinely could not be happier with the results. The head spa service was not relaxing at all the lady that did my service was very rough , it was my first time having this service done and it was awful. The 2 ladies in the room were talking to each other during the service and they were making so much noise with whatever items that were using on our heads that it was hard to relax. I also noticed that were using water from the bathroom sink, and bringing it back to our room. My daughter had a facial right after the head spa treatment and I saw the technician bringing in water from the bathroom sink, my daughter said she was wringing a towel from the bucket and putting it on her face. I waited in the lobby for my daughter to come out and saw a little girl sitting at the desk answering the phone. She was definitely under 14, she saw me come out and asked me "did you pay?" As if I was going to walk out without paying. There is a bit of a language barrier with the ladies so maybe that's why the kid was at the desk. When I was ready to pay, the lady said there would be a $3 charge to use my credit card for the facial, but then said I could just zelle her to avoid the charge, which I thought was odd. I would absolutely not go back to this establishment it appears they have good reviews for massage, but I would never get any other services here.
