Dr. Chan was already 15 minutes late and when she saw me, she made me feel like I was bothering her by being there (when it's her job to check on me). She seemed in a hurry to talk to me, she was annoyed whenever I asked her questions and was condescending towards me (including the person who took my xray). That whole experience is something I don't recommend. I love Claudia (dental hygienist) though, she was always so nice and helpful in all of my visits.

Anna Aker, the front desk lady is the worst! She lost payment for me for 2 plus months because she writes everything down instead of entering it into a computer system. When it was time to make another payment on my third visit she asked me how much i had paid previously because she didn't have the information. This dental office also lost my file because Anna spelled my name entirely wrong in addition to putting my file in the wrong section of the filing system! Anna also keeps everyones dental files behind her desk (which is the front desk) with no lock or key (and open to the public) ....which I am sure is against HIPAA. In addition to the above mentioned, Anna charged me $220.60 over the course of 3 visits even though my insurance is in-network and covered all but a PPE Equipment fee that this dental office charges which is $10 every visit (totaling to $30 and not $220.60). The PPE fee is not covered by insurance, and the office staff (Anna and others) don't even where masks...so what is the $10 really going towards????? They also charged me more for services even though I was in-network with them! When trying to gain information on why I had paid such, Anna sent me the insurance claim statements and NO receipts.....which goes back to my original point she writes out everything and does not keep record of anything!!! Hands down the worst experience I have had with a dental office and Anna is truly the worst...... she is rude, unprofessional, and should honestly be fired for the overcharging + lack of HIPAA concerns! And yes, I have great insurance BCBS dental PPO, and they (She) was still doing this! If y'all do anything please read the reviews before choosing to go here! I was told I have five cavities that immediately need filling and more incoming. I was rather skeptical because I've never had a cavity and have no tooth pain. They claimed much of the cost of the fillings would not be covered by my insurance and the out of pocket costs were rather hefty. I went to another dentist I found through a friend and they confirmed I have no cavities, as I suspected. The teeth cleaning experience was pleasant as they have a TV in the room and you can watch whatever you'd like. The staff were friendly and the equipment was nice. However, I would not return or recommend anyone go to Dentologie because they are a cash grab and lie about services you don't actually need!
