I went in to have a myers cocktail IV drip and was greeted by Heather who was really nice the place was super clean and of course masks were worn etc.... Heather hooked my IV up with no pain and I noticed a poster for botox and proceeded to ask some questions and thought what the heck I am due for some botox! I forget exactly how many units I got but it relaxed my forehead smoothed out my frown lines and Heather took note of my lowbrow and did something that has slightly raised my brow! I am very pleased with the results. It took about 6 days to take full effect she opened a vial right in front of me and the effects feel strong as well. Almost 4 weeks ago and still in full effect. I love that this location is a two minute walk from our condo. The fact that it's right there makes it so convenient to get the beauty services I need to keep my skin healthy. My first appointment was an express facial treatment. Although it's only half the amount of time of a regular facial, it's still really relaxing and my skin felt so smooth afterwards. Today I went in for a back treatment. I've never had any treatments done on my back, and today's appointment was just lovely. I knew that I had a blackhead here and there on my back, but I didn't realize how many I actually had until after the treatment!! It's actually kind of gross now that I think about it...but I'm glad I got it done and got them removed. It's not a part of my body I can actually see, so to have someone professionally extract them is great. Kim did both my treatments and she did a really great job! Where do I even begin? One of my biggest insecurities has always been the extra fat under my chin. No amount of intense sessions at the gym or facial yoga (yes, I've tried everything) have been able to eliminate it. I had been interested in Kybella for quite some time and finally decided to get rid of the double chin for good. I did some research beforehand and was understandably nervous, as I had never had any sort of injection treatment before. Megan answered any and all questions I had, remained transparent about what to expect during and after the process, and really walked me through each step. She also advised beforehand she would be moving quickly with the injections in an effort to minimize my discomfort. Once the process began, she kept verbally checking in to see how I was doing and kept me in the loop with how far along she was (which was appreciated, as it's impossible to watch your own neck/ chin). She also had ice at the ready as soon as she was done, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I originally anticipated. Beyond is the only place I will go to take care of my skin. I wanted leg hair removal and was sooo nervous. My nationality has me shaving my legs at least once a day.
