I found them through a Google and Yelp search with glowing reviews and competitive prices while searching for self-care places on my wedding preparation journey. Scheduling an appointment online through their website is easy and they have two locations for your convenience. When I walked in, the front staff greeted and checked me in promptly, the front area is inviting, space is clean and tastefully decorated. I came in feeling so nervous, almost on the verge of tears from how anxious I was due to how sensitive my skin is. Grace melted those worries away as I built trust from her expertise and care. Grace is professional, polite, and personable. Her gentle technique and mindfulness for sensitivity made the wax bearable. I came in with a reference photo for a basic pink French manicure and specifically requested a coffin/square shape. Angie, the owner and technician who performed the service, completed both appointments. The initial appointment took nearly 2 hours, yet I left with nails that were uneven in shape and length, mismatched French tips, and did not resemble the inspiration photo I provided. I immediately contacted the salon, sent photos, and explained my concerns. The salon agreed the nails needed correction and asked me to return the following day. What should have been a quick fix turned into another 1.5-hour appointment. Every nail had to be re-filed, one nail had to be extended because it was noticeably shorter than the others, and the skin around my index finger was injured during filing. The area was painful enough that I had to ask for antiseptic and remained irritated for hours afterward. There was also cured product left on the skin around my thumb. Less than 24 hours after the correction appointment, one of the corrected extensions began lifting and bending, which was especially frustrating given the amount of time spent trying to fix the original issues. After nearly 4 hours across two visits for a simple French manicure, the nails still are not fully consistent in shape or length. I gave the salon every opportunity to correct the issues before leaving this review, but I will not be returning.

Nope, this one lasted me at least 10 days before any polish flaking or chipping even started to show minimal signs. My toes stayed for about 6 weeks and then I just had to remove the polish, it was dark and on for too long...toe nails needed to breathe. After my most recent fill--when a chunk came out shortly after--I sent a photo and was then told she does not have the ability to properly isolate lashes and that she should have communicated that beforehand. She also mentioned that most of her clients are over the age of 40. I was then told she could no longer service me, with no referral or guidance provided. Allowing this to continue over multiple appointments, and only acknowledging it afterward, was extremely unprofessional and put the health of my lashes at risk. Update 3/21/26 after Elaine's response: I also want to clarify that I never requested Mega Volume lashes. I asked for a fuller, voluminous look, which is a standard service. I had been a consistent client since October, and these issues occurred across multiple appointments. If you felt from the beginning that this was not a good fit or that you couldn't properly perform the service, that should have been communicated early on--not after continuing to service me for months. At one point, the issue was attributed to my dog being present, but even after adjusting for that, the same problems continued. I am currently dealing with discomfort due to multiple natural lashes being stuck together, which highlights the importance of proper isolation. Being dropped unexpectedly has also left me scrambling to find a new technician willing to correct this work, which is especially difficult as a new client. This was never about Mega Volume--it was about repeated retention issues, poor isolation, and lack of communication, which ultimately impacted the health of my natural lashes.
