Ordering online is pretty legit if you want to be able to contain yourself. I tend to always get side tracked when I go in here because of the many options that they have. I mean rows and rows and rows of amazing flavors, bottles and any thing you might need if you do get thirsty. So I went online the other day and realized that you are able to order your drinks, wine in my case, ahead of time and they will package it up and have it ready for you to pick up within an hour, all for free!! I didn't have too much time that day so I decided to give it a shot, it is free after all. So I ordered my 4 bottles of wine and paid online. I received the email confirmation stating that the order was received and sure enough, within 15 minutes, I receive the email stating that my order was ready to be picked up. I loved it!!! Once you show up at BevMo there is a particular desk/register you go to that is labeled (Pick Up Orders) and you just go there with your ID and credit card as proof and my bottles were packed carefully in a cardboard box and ready for me to take to my car. I truly was pleased with this service and the helpful young man at the register. Highly recommend you to use this service if you are in a rush and want to just stay focused on exactly what you needed to buy from there. I've never had any trouble finding anything I needed here and you must come here for there 5 cent sales. Lots of options (beer, wine, tequila... you name it and they most likely have it!!). The only reason why I deducted a star is because in the past there has been a few cashiers that are a bit unfriendly. You can tell they really do not want to be there. Just smile next time for a few minutes, that really helps. Other than that, great, clean, stocked and organized store. read more

This is a great spot to grab a bottle of wine (beer or liquor) in a pinch. They have a great selection and their staff is very friendly. Everything is well organized and easy to find. I don't really follow their wine ratings, since it's their buyer that is rating the wines, but most of their wines are pretty good. They always check/scan IDs, so make sure it's not expired or they will not let you buy anything. You can also check out their website and buy everything online and pick it up in store, which is pretty convenient and there's always plenty of parking here. read more

BevMo! Pretty cheap handles of liquor; pretty expensive bottles of beer. I come here whenever I need to buy some fifths or handles of mid-shelf liquors and liquers and nothing else. I once had a habit of buying craft brews solely from BevMo, but then noticed that the ones sold at Ralph's are actually a good $0.50-$1.00 cheaper for pints! The people here are friendly, though, and are for the most part knowledgeable about their alcohols. I've been many a times impressed (after subsequently Googling some answers) by their knowledge. read more

I normally don't do reviews for non restaurants but their service was something I had to write about. My friend and I walked in and was nicely approached by a worker asking if we wanted to sign up for a bevmo card. We did and even though her job was to man the front door, I asked to find the Stella Rosa. She went out of way to show two different kinds in two different locations. Normally other places would just tell you what aisle, but no she went out of the way. BTW, Stella Rosa (red) $11.99. Then we were looking for white wine, completely lost, another worker approached us and we asked for his advice. He helped us and we ended up with two more bottles. Extremely great service, going out of their way to help you, and I'm pretty sure they know what they are talking about. We got out of there in about ten minutes. It was so fast. If it was closer to me, I would come to this Bevmo! You can't go wrong if you come here, booze is cheap and I'm sure you'll find something more! read more

Large selection of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as snacks. It's a great place to come for something that is hard to find, especially for the wines. You also have to capitalize on their 5 cent wine sale, sometimes they have some NICE offerings. Not sure f they still have it, but there's beer tasting on Friday and wine on Saturday (I believe). The beer tasting was a phenomenal experience, at least the two times that I had the pleasure to have it with the taller, older blond woman. We walked about the refrigerator and I picked a total of 6 beers to try, and a few snacks. I walked out with quite the buzz, and a 6er. The only bevmo in the area. It has a standard BevMo selection of wines, beers, sodas and liquors. That is to say, it has a better selection than any supermarket and most liquor stores. They sell bottles, kegs, etc. Fun to browse sometimes, or order online and just go over to pick up your order. It's the place I hit up to stock up. read more

This Bevmo isn't even the closest location for me, yet I'd prefer the extra five minute drive for the better quality. We had purchased a keg for a party and thought the tap that we had(from a previous purchase) would work and it should have, except it was missing one of the rubber parts to properly seal and tap the keg. After calling and speaking with Jill, given our inconvenience, she was kind enough to deliver us a new tap to the party(at no additional $50 charge). Customer service is not very good. Walked in for a online order pick up. The first Lady standing at the door speaking speaking with a security guard told me that Monique will help me, she was over by the online pick up counter speaking with a man that looked like a delivery driver. I waited by the counter while she spoke. As she left the counter and walked by me I let he know that I had a pick up. She looked at me, seemed irritated that I spoke to her, and said in a angry tone. I'll be right with you as she walked away. I could have found the item in the store and paid for it with the other cashier before she came back. That is just terrible customer service. I came into the store hoping to get my dad a nice whisky glass, and found one that would have been a great Christmas present. After having looked around the store and waited in line, I was told that I needed to present my ID to purchase this. I asked why, as I was not purchasing any alcohol. Apparently store policy is that minors can not purchase anything in the store, and aren't even allowed inside unaccompanied without an adult who is 21 or over. You can't even buy water in the store if you are not 21 or with someone who is. As a 20 year old adult I find this policy ridiculous, as items that do not contain alcohol (or nicotine, as they do sell cigars) should not require an ID. I have nothing against the staff, as they are just following company policy, but this should be changed. read more

This bevmo has probably a greatter selection of beer, wine, and hard liquor than other bevmos i have been to. What sets this place appart the most from every other bevmo out there is the outstanding service you get from the employees. If you go for the beer or wine tastings you will be able to meet jode who is one of the nicest persons. If you are love beer make sure to find derek who knows so much about different types of beer. Came here early on a Friday evening for a beer tasting. You can taste up to 5 different beers, I believe, for only a $1. Not a bad deal whatsoever. The Leinenkugel "Summer Shandy" was by far my favorite of the bunch and I ended up buying a 6 pack, along with a 6 pack of Shock Top "Lemon Shandy" which tasted very similar. I browsed around the wine section for a bit and found a decent selection, but was not able to find very many from the local Temecula wineries I had visited earlier. I believe Costco carries a few of them but wanted to see if Bevmo had them too since it is way easier to shop a Bevmo than a Costco. The parking lot was decent sized and not crowded at all. Was able to find a good spot without problem and the wait in line was not bad at all. The only complaint I had was that when we first arrived to the tasting, the server did not greet us, tell us how or how much to pay or what to do really. The tasting area was a little crowded at first and we weren't sure if we just walked into the area or were supposed to wait for some space to clear up. After standing there for a few minutes another customer was going in for a tasting and saw us standing there and asked if we were waiting to go in. So we then realized you just have to sort of push your way in if there isn't a lot of room, show your ID to the server and then he begins serving you. So after an awkward maybe 5 minutes, it was smooth sailing. I just would've wished the server would've been more courteous at the beginning or maybe had a sign up with directions saying to just come in, show your ID, and you pay when you leave. Needless to say, I will be back for more tastings of beer and wine, and now that I know the procedure, things should go more smoothly. read more

It close and convenient when we want to pick up something for a evening at home/ bathrooms are ok/ Parking is decent and the employees are nice/ I like the fact that they also have a cold section of cheese and goodies. LOVE THIS PLACE! Really great selections here! It is overwhelming quite frankly! I can always depend on this place to find ingredients for my posh and exotic martinis. They have my Ty Ku, Moonstone Pear Sake and Soho Lychee Liqueur. And of course my favorite rum is found here as well (Mount Gay). This place is a gold mine! And of course, service is always wonderful here. They have sales clerks walking up and down the aisles looking to assist customers. I am so angry that I would not even give this place a one star rating! Came there 10 minutes before closing time to get one bottle, as it is not like I don't know the place , so I would literally be in and out, but when I got there, the door was already closed! I stood there and told the lady that I just need one thing that I won't find in regular liqueur store and she just turned around and ignored me! There was a man who was still buying something inside and she would not even let me in?! So rude! I thought the closing time is 9PM not 8:50 !!! The lady was older, blonde, chubby, and rude! She literally acted like I was not even there. She let the client that was inside , out at 9 and than she tells me it is closed! Yes b**ch , now it is! But it wasn't 10 min ago!!! I really enjoy this bevmo. I can find anything at all. My favorite beer is also here as well (Trappist Rochefort #8). I am now writing this review because of my most recent trip here. I came in with a couple bottles of wine that I wanted to return. I did have a receipt which actually said that I could return it for any reason. The manager told me I couldn't return them but I could exchange them. I then told him that I was a little confused as to why there is a statement that I could return the bottle of wine. He somewhat scoffed at me and asked me where it says on the receipt. I showed him and was able to return the bottles of wine. He sort of made me feel like I didn't know anything and definitely felt a little slighted when I only asked a question regarding the receipt. I only asked since I was confused, not accusatory at all. I'm sure this is somewhat of an isolated incident, and I will probably come back. I just did not have that great of an experience this time around. read more
